We had an issue with a DoorDash order the day before. Sabrina had great customer service and made it right. I highly recommend the food and the service. 10/10. It was a delivery service issue.
The outdoor seating is great overlooking the river and is a good space for kids There is plenty of room inside and out. The salad bar was good and the pizza was yummy. You order at the counter and then it is brought to you making it pretty convenient.
I had the calzone today and sat outside. It was my first time in McCaysville and decided to check out Twisted Tomato. The food was delicious and the patio atmosphere next to the river was relaxing. Abbi was running food and cleaning tables. She did not stop. It was great to see someone working so hard and not standing and on their phone. She was very polite and definitely is a prize for Twisted Tomato. Other waitstaff were exceptional as well.
