Service way to slow
The employees be hind the counter do not have customer service quality. I walked up to the counter, they just looked at me. No hey how are you or anything. They said , you need sandwiches. After they fixed the sandwiches and rung me up, there was no thank you or anything.

I told myself I wouldn’t go back there due to my last experience with them when I ordered a steak and cheese footlong and got half a scoop of steak on the whole sandwich but decided to try again and this is what I got a tuna sub asked for spinach black olives and pickles and she couldn’t even spread them out across sandwich! Plus they’re rude as hell and disrespectful if they are busy! Never again will I try this place!

They were completely out of bread, lids for salads, and worker was on the phone or rushing to the point where my sandwhich was barely a sandwhich. It was just mashed together and the wrappers wasn’t even wrapped correctly. U can see my sandwhich from the bag .

In the afternoons they are always out of bread. This has been an ongoing thing for years now. I have ordered online many times just to arrive to, "We are out of bread." No phone call to advise me of this. The food is good if you are able to get what you want. The help has gotten better. More friendly.
I recently ordered online and went to pick it up at the time given to me (3:40PM) and they was closed but they still charged my card. I called several times that day and no one would pick up and went back to the store the next day and the day after that and no one was there. I tired contact the numbers and emails that is on the website and nothing. Still waiting for my refund for for I still haven't gotten.
Pretty damn good sub as always. Stop asking fors tips though. They did their job, thats all

How do you get in contact with corporate? I’m a former employee and I just wanted to get in contact with them to explain my situation from August.
Guy in there was serving 2 customers when we walked up he said he said they was closes and they are supposed to close at 9 and it was 8 it is like this every time we want subway and I end up having to go to grey. If you want subway don't go to this one.
