Cedar Lane Supper Club

Cedar lane was horrible Friday night, 03/21. We only saw our server one time the whole night. Waited an hour and half on our food… and it was not good.. the steaks were mostly fat and they were WAYYYY over cooked. We received our tickets before we even got our food.. poor service, poor cooking, poor management. I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone!! Keep in mind, my family drove 1 hr 30 min one way… the only positive thing was: the salad bar was good (WHEN THEY WOULD PIT PLATES OUT) couldn’t even get dessert because they were NO plates.

Bad Bad experience. Had to wait and wait on clean plates for salad bar. Could not get dessert because no clean plates. Steaks were as much fat as meat and not cooked the way they were ordered. We ordered our food and it took 90 min for us to get it. Everyone was ill and pissed. No one cared about our complaints. We were told “sorry”. My family Will never be back nor will I ever recommend it. Horrible!!

I wouldn’t recommend, bad service! Didn’t see our waitress but one time. We had to keep flagging down whoever walked by. Ordered steak way under cooked took forever for someone to come back to the table were it could be cooked some more then took forever to get the steak back. Time I got my steak back everyone else was already finished eating. Salad bar was good.

Great service, friendly folks, wonderful atmosphere and facility, unbeatable and incomparable gigantic salad bar, and overall very reasonable prices! You will not leave there hungry!

The stove was out so no prime rib or baked potato.
The steak was so tough that we had to saw it, not tinder.
Salad bar is really large and many different kinds. Gave it one more chance, and will Not be going back.

First time here. Drove up from Douglas. Was well worth the trip. My new favorite place to eat around here. The catfish fillets were large and delicious. Cheese grits the best I've had in a restaurant. And the salad bar ohhh the salad bar was off the chain. Wait staff friendly and efficient. Live music made the experience great. Can't wait to go back.

I was working in the area twice. I ended up making this a must stop anytime. I’m near it. We heard that people go for just the salad bar. Never mind the incredible steaks they offer. Ha ha regret taking your family to experience this place.

Varry large rustically decorated Steak and Seafood restaurant with a large, very well stocked salad bar. Restaurant situated on a beautiful large pond. The restaurant has a very long porch along the back of the dining room overlooking the pond from which you can see schools of very large carp, catfish and very large Turtles. There is fish food available for purchase inside the restaurant so that you can attract the fish for photographs and viewing. My wife's whole catfish and my salmon fillet were very delicious, h the service was fairly quick considering the very large dining room. The restaurant is a great destination to have on a day trip.
