Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Used to be a great store - went by today to get blizzards and specifically asked not to put the syrup in mine just ice cream with brownie and my husband got the banana split one- small fry and small sprite- took this girl 14 minutes to make mine while 3 other people came in and got theirs then mine was wrong! She said she would re make it but I wasn’t waiting another 14 minutes for mine- got hubbies and told her o was supposed to get fries and she said someone else will get those! They did but they are so greasy like they have been sitting in oil! Un eatable. I won’t be back I just wasted 17$

Under new Indian management. Price increases & service is terribly slow.

The best burgers and blizzards of all the DQ's I've been.

One of the best DQ's I've visited. Atmosphere might be boring but the food is always wonderful and the staff are always friendly and welcoming

First dairy queen I've been to that was just like the old time dairy queens

My wife and I stop in today 2/18/24 around 2:30 both of us had the fish combo very nice . I think the owners or managers were there nice people thanks . I'll be back for a milkshake.

3 $7 meal deal 3 PCs tenders
Get home smh nope fish sandwiches has everything on it but cheese and pickles and we missing a fry. We should've had 5 Fry's instead we have 4.
Then they have the nerve to not answer the phone.. oh yeah employees make sure your clothes are clean or at least presentable. Y'all looking like y'all pick watermelons for a living instead of working in a restaurant. And the lady at the window have the most nasty looking blue gloves on as if they haven't been changed all day and you touching money and ppl food (disgusting) that's why I didn't want those 2 blizzards I had y'all put back. I asked for a Reese's blizzard not blue glove blizzard.. y'all need to do a whole rehire

I come by this Dairy Queen often as it is close to my house. However stopping in here today may have changed my perspective on this place indefinitely. The food was average however the inside of the store was so cold it was warmer outside in the middle of January. Also so cold the food got cold fast and was just not edible anymore or even worth eating. I heard in the past few months there was a change in management. If the new management is making this much of a mistake this close into owning the business. They have already failed.
