Can't go on survey as receipt illegible. Can't call as phone number will not ring. Cannot get manager to address any problems (tried, told she {Shelby} was in the back and could not come to front), told Mike was owner but "don't know how to pronounce his last name" and the only way to address issue was to go on mcdvoice.com. Once on that website cannot go any further without store number and/or reason want to express concerns. Says to go to customer service link but again...read full review

Employees rush customers through their order. I was asked to move forward today to wait on an iced coffee. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes while I watched multiple cars get everything from hot coffees to Frappuccino’s handed through the window. I left. I understand being under staffed but sometimes customer service is more important than the timer at your window.
