Rude members soda machine is always to syrupy and they don’t like to answer drive thru or be helpful in any way I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here sad excuse for a food establishment

The past two times we’ve visited this McDonald’s the service has been really disappointing. We’ve had to wait far too long for our food, and when it finally comes the orders are almost always wrong. Both times the staff had to come back and ask what we ordered, and acted confused, which doesn’t give much confidence.
I try to treat my kids here because they love McDonald’s, but the experience has been so frustrating that it makes me not even want to come back. I really hope management works on improving the speed, accuracy, and overall service at this location.

Terrible McDonald’s. First they could not take an order at the drive through. Went inside, staff were rude and arguing amongst themselves. Had ice cream, but no cones. Usually the ice cream machine is broken. This restaurant’s service is always poor.

Slow as hell. You never know how long your order is going to take. You could be the only one in line and you'll be sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting on your food. Some days you get it immediately, other days they make you pull up and forget about you. You better clear your schedule when you come here

So I paid for the wrong order when I got to the second window I told them I only got the sausage McGriddle with orange juice and not the 4 coffees and apple pie. So they gave me my order when I asked can I get a refund of the difference they got a attitude with me. Obviously 4 coffees a apple pie and McGriddle is gonna cost more than my order.

The bathrooms are horrible never any soap and if there is soap there's no paper towels. Rarely clean. Have watched employees walk out of the bathroom without cleaning their hands so I don't trust the food.

Very poor service every employee you encounter will have an attitude and will refuse to give you basic manners
Manager and crew here are phenomenal! Maintain very clean and efficient restaurant and workplace despite it being in a bad area. Very friendly polite and punctual. Best McDonald's i have ever been to or fast food restaurant for tht matter. Excellent food highly recommend

The manager gave the worst customer service ever. She had a very bad attitude. She charged me for a soda that I didn't order and had a very unapologetic attitude when I asked for a refund. The food was awful. I was very disappointed.

They take forever to bring food to the curbside, & for one chicken sandwich is 6 plus taxes, anyother place is $3 plus taxes.
