The manager gave the worst customer service ever. She had a very bad attitude. She charged me for a soda that I didn't order and had a very unapologetic attitude when I asked for a refund. The food was awful. I was very disappointed.

They take forever to bring food to the curbside, & for one chicken sandwich is 6 plus taxes, anyother place is $3 plus taxes.

Someone working the drive through took pictures of my husband's Amex card and paid their electric bill. Beware of a thief working there. They may do this again. Also the food is always wrong when he gets home. Sad experience here. Also the drive through tried to download credit card onto apple pay

Haven't been to McRae but came to get a quick bite and it was quite empty and the tvs and self serve were all down but the food was pretty good. Nice little Mcdonalds.

6:00 pm on 10/7/24.. The food appeared fresh, and frys were hot. There is no sweet tea in the dining area. And someone needs to clean tables and sweep. The young lady at the register didn't say hi, thank you, nothing, didn't even look at us. No personality. Put people up front with personality.

During the hurricane 🌀 releif, McDonald's was very helpful. The town of McRae is small but the people all banded ❤️ together. McDonalds was able to provide breakfast for us.

Our crispy chicken only had sauce on it. Taste was fine but very bland. Atmosphere not very good. Many people returned their order because it was incorrect. Later ordered coffee and cappuccino. I wanted an extra shot of espresso in my coffee, but this was always misunderstood. Employee kept making a very difficult face. Not a nice thing. Also looked dirty behind the counter.

Never give recipes and always get the wrong change back they don't know how to give back the correct money...and they try to hide what they messed up on by not given the recipes to you. Then give me someone else food!

stopped by this morning for a sausage biscuit. The total seemed off compared to the advertised price on the sign outside. when we drove up she just looked a us and snatched the cash out of his hand, never even confirmed total or anything. We asked for a receipt she said in her own words ain't no receipt. Then proceeded to tell us she would pull us through the window stood back and pull the bird fingers sign to us no get on out here she said. I won't be back to this restaurant ever again i will shop and pay more to get food elsewhere. Wow McDonald's has really gone down hill in customer service. They need to close it down an start over.

The girls in the drive thru are very rude. I never get napkins and this trip I didn't get straws. I had to go back inside to get ice since there was VERY little in my tea. But they did not charge me.
