We eat here multiple times throughout the week because my son loves the cheeseburgers. However, for the last 3x we’ve went they do not put pickles on any of our burgers. I even asked before ordering if they were out and was told they aren’t… still didn’t get any pickles on our burgers. Im not the one to leave a bad review but I’m starting to think it’s personal. I spend at least $20 each time we go, I expect pickles on the burgers as advertised!! I suggest checking your order before you ever leave.

I can't give a rating on food because I couldn't stomach the horrible customer service. First I was sent on a mock scavenger hunt to find service. A sign on the call box read to go to the first window to order. At the first window another sign read go to the next window. At the second window I waited for 5 minutes for someone to show up who gave me a good grief look. I tried to lighten the load by saying uh oh you aren't open yet. She snappingly asked what did I want. I told her not your customer service and drove off. When you don't have much pickings I guess people think that you will accept anything.

The people in the drive thru were pleasant and efficient. Inside was another story. 19 minutes to get a burger and a chicken sandwich. Nobody in line in front of me. Employee did not address the excessive wait

I think this is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. The wait was really long and I'm not sure why, seems how we was not greeted, apologize to or even acknowledged. I know it's McDonald's but customer service should be in place at any establishment.

This is the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been in. The food was just OK (cheeseburgers & fries), the floor looked like it had NEVER been mopped, the restroom was totally horrifying, and the girl who took our order had the IQ of a hamster. It should be razed to the ground and either re-built or turned into a parking lot.

All we did was order fries and they’re extremely slow . Placed it on the app thinking it’ll be faster , just decided to go ahead through drive &’ it’s even worse !!! They’re beyond backed up and laughing in the window instead of trying to get orders out .

They have good days and bad, all depends on who's working. I ordered a mcdouble only mcsauce, and they put everything on it, wrapper had sauce on it inside and outside of the wrapper. Jusybsloppy and disgusting to touch. I wish I knew how to.upload the pics.

The cashiers were rude with a nasty attitude. Which these days are expected from these ppl. The fries were cold and limp and they almost got crazy just replacing it. Never again.
Went for lunch, 2 mcdoubles and a fry was 11 dollars. I needed food so whatever. Open the sandwich there is mustard and ketchup all over the sides and top of bun. Grease galore. Will not

Can't go on survey as receipt illegible. Can't call as phone number will not ring. Cannot get manager to address any problems (tried, told she {Shelby} was in the back and could not come to front), told Mike was owner but "don't know how to pronounce his last name" and the only way to address issue was to go on mcdvoice.com. Once on that website cannot go any further without store number and/or reason want to express concerns. Says to go to customer service link but again cannot go any further without store # and with illegible receipt of no help. Seems if want feedback would make it easier to give feedback. Own stock in McDonalds and all of the above was very disconcerting. Not even sure this will get any attention as there is nowhere to put email or information for anyone to respond back so again all is futile.
