Food was not good at all it was cold and hard I was very disappointed
The ordering process was easy and the pizza was ready when I arrived. Customer service was great even though they were crazy busy due to it being a Friday night & all the graduation parties, etc going on locally. I checked the top pizza and headed home. When we got home and I went to served the pizza I discovered the pizza on the bottom was severely over cooked. (Pictures show both pizzas side by side.) The crust was so tough to even bite thru and th4 cheese in the crust was almost non-existent. The other pizza was "off"... we ordered stuffed crust and the cheese was weird on the inside of the crust. The texture was way off, mushy yet grainy and had an odd flavor. Very disappointing. I highly recommend y'all check all pizzas before leaving. I know I've definitely learned my lesson.

I just had an excellent Super Supreme pizza and my wife had a dozen buffalo wings delivered. They were so good that I had to post a review, both items were piping hot and delicious. My congratulations to management and staff.

I ordered and waited an hour for delivery for my lunch break. I called to see if everything was okay and they said my order was canceled because they called and got sent to voicemail. Caller was not sent to voicemail the callers number showed up as spam risk and did not leave a voicemail nor text. Communication and customer service is lacking at this location.

Parking: Order ahead, most orders take at least 15 minutes to make and cook, when moderatly busy
They kept lying about when I would get it. It wasn't fresh. Took a hour to get my food and when it came the cheese sticks was way to over cooked. The lady at the store kept telling me he coming in 5 minutes and that was like 20 mins later. I wasn't happy then had to wait until the next day to get a refund and they didn't give me the right amount back. I advised no to go to the one in mcrae ga.
Vegetarian options: Options that keep you wanting more I guess. I wouldn't get to much of anything here.
I've ordered about 5-6 times so far from this Pizza Hut, and it's been decent. They're pretty average, nothing special. I've ordered 3 large pizzas; they messed up once, and other times were chicken wings and bread. That mistake was unexpected. It's not a bad place, and I plan to continue ordering from this location. I'll update the review after a few months.
Please have customers order ready on time. This is my second time had to wait 45 min beyond my pick up time. Don't treat everyone like trash. Getting paid to work there.
