This may be 2 trips in one; our first and last?So, I ordered Country fried steak with white gravy. I didn't get gravy on the steak and I got brown gravy on the potatoes.The Mrs ordered a double cheeseburger; she received 2 small, thin patties side by side on a bun.Check your food before leaving!!!

There were a few things that happened this evening when I came in with my aunt. We came for and ordered fish it was good per usual, but there was also someone in need that came by and the way the staff didn't blink an eye, act funny, or question this individuals motives etc., impressed me. I'm going to be honest, I haven't always heard good things about the staff at Waylon's especially if you are a person of color. However, this particular day in the restaurant, changed my mind and perspective on this business. I never stopped supporting this business, but it has been a while since I came. I'm so grateful to have experienced this encounter that day. There were a few other individuals who stopped to help, prayed, and offered salvation. It was just an awesome experience. Keep up the good work!!!Kid-friendliness: There's a fish tank on display also Christmas decorations.

My husband and I stopped by on Sunday, we had never been or heard about the Restaurant. The customer service was great and the food was amazing. We will be coming back

Upon entering the restaurant, an older white gentleman said "we are being invaded" the people in the restaurant looked angrily at us as if we didn't belong. The cashier didn't greet us, never looked at us only over us. We politely exited. Will not spend money where not wanted.

Passing through town decided to try something different. The food was ummm ok but the service terrible. The 2 young ladies behind the counter need to learn how to interact with people lol! I was scared to get my food and eat it. I was a very scary atmosphere the way they looked at you. They brought the food out and we said thank you as the young lady just turned to walk away.I was being to wonder if they may have dead people in the back lol I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM WAYLONS LOL!
Meh... this place was recommended by a local as "pretty good." You order and pay at the counter, and they bring your food to your table. Our table was dirty, we had to clean it. The service(r) was minimal and bored. The food was basic. If we come back through town, we'll pass on this place.

Got to be the worst I've ate in a long time Not only did we wait along time for our food the person taking orders got my order all messed up even the drinks when we finally received our food it was nasty my daughter's chicken was awful and not even cooked my husband's burger was nasty an very small not to mention I ordered a hamburger steak with gravey she come out with a thin hamburger patty and cup of gravey not to mention I got canned field peas an nasty rice along with it no salt !! Never again!!
