I should have read the one star reviews before I stopped to eat lunch here! I ordered on the app when I came in they said it was canceled? Although my credit card sent me alert that it was charged and I still had the receipt in the app saying it was being made? They were absolutely no help whatsoever and did not want to deal with me whatsoever! The manager in the back yelled I ain't got time for this crap when the person at the register was trying to explain what was happening. So I just paid for my food again so I could go, they gave me the bag with grease stains all over it and my fries were cold and soggy and not filled up all the way. If you look around at all the fast food restaurants metter is not the place to stop! Keep going to Dublin or to the next stop

My husband picked up an 8 piece original with Mac and cheese and slaw. It was awful! I've never had bad food from Metter Ga KFC! Chicken was dry and tough. Mac and cheese was dried out and slaw wasn't even good.

Ordered 2 piece original recipe white meat, 2 sides a drink and a brownie. Charged $18. The order was repeated back to me twice. When I opened my box I had 2 legs, 1 wing and fries. Did get the brownie and drink. Called back on the second try some one answered and when I started to explain hung up on me. Then the line was busy which means they took it off the hook. We all make mistakes and all I wanted was credit or refund. I got rudeness and cheated. KFC Metter Ga.

Again! Went to the location in Metter on 5/25/2024. The employee's were arguing and cussing in front of customers. The week before, I went through the drive thru and ordered the 10 PC meal deal. Got home and they gave us one biscuit. This was to feed my company. This store has so much that needs to be addressed. Fire everyone and start over. Every single time I go there it's and issue.
