Night crew is amazing !! HOWEVER, Day shift crew needs to get their shit together. Yesterday I placed a mobile order & had a friend pick up my order because I was at work & they argued her down that I did not get a drink with my MEAL, so what comes with a meal exactly ?? Oh ok. I called so they could fix it on my mobile order & give me a refund for it . I was told no but I could come back for my tea. How you gone tell me I can’t have my money for something I paid for & did not get? This morning I go order a sausage egg & cheese McGriddle & got to work to see it was a bacon & cheese McGriddle , wasnt even no egg & I can’t eat bacon . No phone was answered at McDonald’s this morning so my money has been wasted again . Smfh.

Decaf coffee was just ok. Oatmeal was good but prefer to add my own amount of sugar and not have it already in the Oatmeal. What happened to the Oatmeal cookies? They were delicious

Super unprofessional and extremely rude! Placed a mobile order and left out some of our food and the items that we did receive were incorrect. After going inside to try and get our correct order, the employees argued for 10 minutes with us about receiving our food when finally another employee came from the back with our missing food. To make things “right” they gave us our food that had now sat on the back counter for 15 minutes. When I tried to call and speak with the manager she was insanely rude and asked “what do you want” I understand this is not Chick-Fil-A nor is it a 5 star steakhouse but there is no reason for the amount of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect.
