Customer service needs serious work in this place. Some are good with their customer service others not so great. And IF SOMEONE ASK YOU TO READ THEIR ORDER BEFORE PAYING FOR IT DO SO! You all know yall don’t like refunding people. Get it right the first time and read our orders to us like you’re supposed to.

I was there on Monday 7/21/2025. The manager on night shift was VERY RUDE, LOUD, DISRESPECTFUL TO THE EMPLOYEES. I continued to order my food but I couldn’t help to notice how the employees kept quiet. After I fixed my drink. I asked her could I speak with her to the side; she agreed. I politely told her being a former manager, she was creating a hostile environment with loud talking, getting on the phone to call others about a situation. Her and the employees could have went to the office to discuss the issue that took place. Her words, that’s doesn’t matter at least her point got across. She fired one guy in face and laughed about it.. She DO NOT NEED TO BE IN MANAGEMENT. Poor customer service. I would like to talk to corporate about this. Everybody need there job

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. I specifically asked for a ranch snack wrap meal. When I got up to the window they even confirmed my order. But still gave me cold chicken nuggets and French fries with ranch. Never going to metter McDonald’s again.
Slow AF, messed up the order (of course) and food was cold. Either no salt or a gerbil lick, there's no in-between. Okay if it went $4 but doe $11 totally a waste of money

I didn't rate the atmosphere because I never go inside. For the most part McDonald's in Metter always has hot food sometimes they're lacking but for the most part 9.5/10 I recommend.
