One of the first times in my life that I have been genuinely at a loss for how an establishment is still in business or even allowed to run in this state.
I could not find their health rating despite looking for it the whole time I was in the store. The wallpaper has been there since the early 2000s and is covered with stains and is peeling off the walls. Half the drinks at the soda fountain are out of order and the whole machine is covered with some sticky substance. I guarantee it has not been properly serviced or cleaned in months at a minimum. Both of the bathrooms had broken doors that do not shut or lock, and the men’s restroom had no working lights. The employees were not wearing hair nets/hair was not tied back and their kids were hanging out in the store playing videos out loud on their phones. There was also a distinct “sour” smell to the whole place, like something had gone bad and was never cleaned. On that same note, my sandwich carried the same sour flavor and was so bad I couldn’t even get through half of it.
The thing that doesn’t make sense to me is that it seems to be purely a management issue. There were customers coming in and out the whole time I was in there so business seems solid, meaning they should have plenty of money to fix all the aforementioned issues.
Regardless, if you’re around this Subway and thinking of stopping in, disregard all other reviews, genuinely don’t know if they were in another store or something, this place is absolutely disgusting and I feared for my health and safety putting anything from there into my body, avoid avoid avoid.
The service was remarkable! It was very crowded but the employees kept the line moving. The sandwich was wonderful.

I placed an order online not know they were closed for Easter and have been trying for 3 days to get my money back I’ve been up to the store twice and have called several times everyday and have gotten no answer and was told I’d have to come back when a manager was there not only that but they were rude and there attitudes we’re horrible.

We stopped in on our way to go camping and the service was just too notch. Staff wrapped our sandwich halves separately so we could save the second half for dinner. We will make this a stop on future trips due to the great service and staff. These folks deserve a raise!

Stores close and I haven't ever had a bad experience at this locationKind staff that greets upon entry, but doesn't make it feel as if they didn't mean it.And NOW, as an added bonus, they say freshly cut meats.I mean, DUH ? ! ?I'd rather have freshly cut, compared to soaking in water...I recommend the new double meat/double cheese sub,"The BEAST"

I doordash and waited for like 15-20 trying to get my customers order. The lady came about 5 minutes and told me she was getting my order. She went to working on the customers that was inside. So I had to unassign my order because my other customers food was getting cold waiting on subway employees. I called back and the guy was like what you want us to do, we have customers. Dude you have dd customers too and it should have been done. Why was there only one person working and the long libe in the front. Where was he at? Where was the manager? Do better subway.

Workers have friends and their kids hanging out, kids always running behind the counter... ive been overcharged many times by the same person, I went 1 time and had someone different, ordered the same thing (6 inch turkey sub add capicola, chips, and drink) I was charged 19$ 2x and like 10 once... veggies are almost always wilted and gross looking... management needs to step in and if that's the problem, then the owner needs to step in or someone in corp...
