when we ordered, the lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and we didn’t even get half of our order. i wish i could put zero stars. service sucks. don’t waste your money😹

Drive thru was wrapped around the building and not moving decided to go inside noone working the register at all lobby had 5 people waiting to order one lady said she had been waiting for 25 minutes for someone just to take her order and she left. We left shortly after after seeing no movement and ate elsewhere.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.. After getting an attitude with me just because the lady couldn't comprehend what "chicken quesadilla, extra cheese, add beef" meant... I go to the window, pay for my food, and leave. I knew I should have checked the bag because I JUST KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO DO SOMETHING CONIVING. And sure enough, I get home and they get over half of my order wrong BUT THEY GET THE QUESADILLA RIGHT?!?! WHAT?! Neva again...

Went through drive through to get food bc we are short on food with the hurricane problems. The lady was so rude during my order that I left. So sad we have already all went through so much then to deal with people being hateful for no reason.
The customer service is not good. The manager is not willing to solve customer issues and is just rude. Food tasted bad like they are using old oil to deep fry and they put it together so sloppy it was a mess to try and eat it. I will never go there again!
