Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I EVER visited.... I am sorry that I even came. Turn around and go to Subway down the street. Manager was sooo unhelpful...

I wish I could give negative stars for this location. Today was the worst Zaxby visit EVER. Do yourself a favor and choose any other food on this exit. Bathrooms are filthy and show signs of heavy wear. Food order took 20 minutes, and was room temp when served. At 20 min after order, I engage Ava W, who took my order. She was unapologetic and resentful that I dare ask about my engaging order. This Zaxby location proves, not everything is better in metter.

Food and service were fine, but the place looked ignored for the last ten years. Messy, cluttered and dirty. Unfortunate since Metter used to be the classic halfway stop between Macon and Savannah.

The cashier at window is always on phone and hands the food out later than expected she worked yesterday around 4pm does the same thing everytime

The girl taking orders was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I had to ask for a fork so I could eat my slaw and also had to ask for the extra sauces that I had paid for… and it was like it made her upset 🤷🏻‍♀️ The tables were filthy! I had to go get napkins and wipe them off… I was just very disappointed with the experience! The food however was zaxbys good!

The tables and bathrooms were all dirty . When we needed forks (that we weren't given) it took awhile to get help and they seemed frustrated.

We were a bit concerned about bad reviews, but our experience was very good 😊 it was our first time here and asked recommendations for a cashier. She was friendly and took a time to fully explain to us. Food came very hot and was really good. Tables were cleaned timely manner.

I see bad reviews, and I'm sorry that others had bad experiences, but we were simply traveling through and got some food. Believe it or not, they were the best chicken tenders that I have ever had anywhere. The new lemon pepper is so good. Thanks to the team who made our food fast, hot, and delicious.

I'm pretty sure I got light food poisoning from here. I work a late shift and the food seemed a little funny but I didn't think much about it. Might need to check your freezer.

Food wasnt hot...wasnt cold...was just little more than warm. Was loud in the lobby but calmed down once some ppl left. Was watching a car that came through drive thru and was parked to have food taken out to them...noticed they sat there around 15 min or more before food was taken out to them. Person taken out food only had 1 bag so not sure what they ordered. But they were parked for awhile. Lobby was cold....Didnt get but 2 sauces for 2 dinners...1 zaxbys sauce and 1 ranch...ordered 2 dinners...looked at receipt and it said was getting 2 sauces each meal...

This has to be the worse Zaxbys I’ve ever been to! The blue salad is awful! Not like it use to be. Chicken is shredded into very small pieces not dipped in the buffalo sauce. It is drizzled instead in a garlic buffalo blaze which is discussing and you get it even if you request another sauce. Do better Zaxbys!!

This particular Zaxbys blew me away with its incredibly slow service. My partner and I made separate online orders to be prepared asap when we were coming in. The estimated time for the orders was about ten minutes for each.
The orders took more than thirty minutes to complete.
Food was the usual, but the incredibly slow service and utterly apathetic response to both requesting cups of water as well as inquiring about the delay render this a zero star service experience.
Only reason to give this place one overall star is that it’s far enough from my usual Zaxbys that I’ll never have to make the mistake of returning here!

Canes twin brother that's seasons their food. A lot more sauces as well. Service was not great. I got that why are you even here attitude from the get go.

The guy that took my order was very professional but the young black girl that works there was very rude and slammed the drive thru windows on me (friday july 25). Zaxbys really need to teach their employees customer service.
