My wife ordered the Cobb salad. It came without the egg and bacon. When she mentioned this to the staff, the person at the window suggested she was lying. They gave her an egg and half a piece of extremely thin bacon. We paid close to $30 for two lunch meals, and this level of customer service was disappointing and inappropriate.

Never had an experience like this at Zaxbys. Waited at the front counter for 5 minutes while the guy didn’t even notice I was there, as he was wiping trays. I had placed a mobile drive thru order, but came inside due to needing the bathroom and the drive thru line was so long. I was told they did not see my order. I showed them confirmation. They still did not see it. Waited 25 minutes before leaving , without food. Second bad experience here, wish I had remembered that before ordering.

usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on a busy Sunday, which I understand can be a hectic time — but that doesn’t excuse rude customer service.
The employee who took my order seemed visibly annoyed, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her tone was short and unwelcoming, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering food. I get that everyone has tough days, but a basic level of courtesy should still be expected when interacting with customers.
With how busy it was, you'd think the staff would try to keep things running smoothly and professionally. Instead, the experience felt rushed and unappreciative. I left with my food, but definitely not with a good impression. Zaxby’s needs to work on customer service training, especially for high-traffic times. Do better!!!

We always wait forever for our food, had a mobile order and it took 20 minutes longer then it should have only for the food to have been ready the whole time they just miss placed it. It’s always like chickens running around with their heads cut off.

The restaurant was disgusting, all trash cans were full, floor was dirty, and tables and chairs were not clean at all. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I’m assuming this is because of poor management, seems to follow the trend that everything is not better in Metter.

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I EVER visited.... I am sorry that I even came. Turn around and go to Subway down the street. Manager was sooo unhelpful...

I wish I could give negative stars for this location. Today was the worst Zaxby visit EVER. Do yourself a favor and choose any other food on this exit. Bathrooms are filthy and show signs of heavy wear. Food order took 20 minutes, and was room temp when served. At 20 min after order, I engage Ava W, who took my order. She was unapologetic and resentful that I dare ask about my engaging order. This Zaxby location proves, not everything is better in metter.

Food and service were fine, but the place looked ignored for the last ten years. Messy, cluttered and dirty. Unfortunate since Metter used to be the classic halfway stop between Macon and Savannah.
