Food was fresh, hot, and good. However, the staff were rude and store was dirty. When I got cup with ice the sweet tea was unsweet on counter. I asked for sweet tea from back (since no drinks in lobby) you would have thought I was asking for something “big” as the one young woman as her eyes rolled and her attitude went crazy. At same time another gentleman asked and she did the same behavior. All the front counter employees with exception of one young lady with pony tail...
Zaxby’s was a bit disappointing. The food was okay, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The chicken was somewhat bland, and the flavors just didn’t stand out like I hoped they would. The menu has potential, but the overall experience fell flat. Service was fine, but given the food, I’d rate it 3/5. Not bad, but not something I’d rush back for.
Went into their dining room @ 9:45pm and Although Google shows that they're open until 11pm that is for the drive thru only. Their dining room was only open until 10pm, which was fine bc we were still in before closing. However the problem was that they probably ran 15 cars thru the drive thru before we got our food.
