The Lord himself must have taken part in the preparation of my food. When I tell you the greens touched my soul, I am not even kidding. Angie's food took me back to memories of a bygone time. I have not tasted greens like they served since my Great Grandma was alive. The fried chicken took me back to my childhood , cooking with my MiMi. In my 40 years, I have never had a meal so good that it actually hit core memories.

They have really good shrimp. Everything there is going to give you diabetes. Probably a couple strokes.
It's delicious. Would give more stars if the place was a bit cleaner inside and out.

Really loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Stopped for breakfast on the way to Savannah wanting some good home cooking. Everything was fresh and tasty. This place is a few miles off I95 but definitely worth the drive. Prices were very affordable. You must try Angie's if you want to avoid fast food.
