How are you gonna be a burger place & be out of burgers? Placed an online order, went through drive through & was told we needed to cancel our order cause they were out of burgers. Tried to cancel and couldn’t and haven’t received a refund. Do better smh

Will not go back I placed my order online. Went through drive thru to pick up was handed my drinks and was told we don’t have coke we have you Dr Pepper and just shut the window.. I understand you don’t have coke but I did not want Dr Pepper I feel like I should have been asked what alternative I would like! Then I’m given my order mind you this was a $57 order I didn’t receive any of the 5 orders of Nuggets I ordered nor did I receive the royal wraps that I ordered and I was missing a drink still! So we go in to let them know about the missing items all was said was oh well okay what do you want?? Well I want the food I paid for!!! I also asked to switch the drinks which they never did! I then asked for BBq for the nuggets they told me it’s a charge for extra I never received any seeing as I never got the nuggets I had to go back in to get!!! I also sent a message up from the app on Burger King and was supposed to hear back within 24-48hrs and I never did! I reached out 3 times and no response!!!! I understand missing items every once in a while but I literally was the only car in drive thru and 1 person in the lobby but for the employees to also be so rude is unacceptable!

Staff let's you stand at counter while they sit in dinning room and eat free food. They don't care if your standing there waiting on service.
