They get three stars for not having my mobile order ready when I got to the store, so it was hot and freshly made.The bathrooms were a nightmare, the dining room was a mess & there was a person laying across two chairs in the dining room while watching a movie. ( Not necessarily a bad thing, just weird).

This really has to be the worst Burger King I have ever gone too. Not that they care. I have not had one order correctly filled, for a fast food joint you are always waiting, staff on the parking lot on drugs, and the staff is always pissed about something and ready to take it out on you.

Went drive thru and ordered two double whopper combos for my wife and me. Everything was EXCELLENT. It was pouring outside but the food was ready fast, fries were fresh and hot, soda was good and the burger was outstanding. Service was also great.

The staff was incredibly nice but a little upset that when I went through the drive-thru I was told the melts were discontinued but they are still being advertised on posters and on the drive-thru menu. So just a little unsure of whether I was lied to or if they just haven't updated their posters and menu.
