I had an extremely bad experience at this McDonald’s and felt the need to leave a review.
First of all, when I arrived, the restaurant lobby was completely closed, with no notice at all. There was no sign on the door and no information online saying that only the drive thru was operating. During the approximately 30 minutes I was there, several customers parked their cars, tried to enter the restaurant, and left confused because the doors were locked.
Since I couldn’t go inside, I went to the drive thru. The wait was already very long. I spent at least 10 minutes just waiting in the drive thru line before even placing my order. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. It was not what I had ordered.
I told the employee at the window that the order was incorrect. A young blond male employee, who appeared to be the manager, acknowledged the mistake and asked me to park and wait in my car, saying they would bring the correct order out to me.
After waiting more than 10 minutes parked and no one bringing my food, I got out of my car and tried to enter the restaurant to speak to someone. The doors were still locked, so I couldn’t even go inside to complain. Because of that, I had to walk on foot through the drive thru lane, in between cars, just to reach the service window and ask about my order.
At that point, the same employee admitted that they had completely forgotten about my order. I was told to wait again. I ended up standing on foot in the drive thru area, surrounded by cars, waiting for my food to be prepared.
Although the manager seemed to be trying, the entire team appeared completely lost and disorganized. To make things worse, when I finally received my food, the quality was terrible. The fries were undercooked, basically raw, and the sandwiches were very poorly assembled.
Without any doubt, this was the worst McDonald’s service I have ever experienced in my life.

The doors were closed without any warning, there was a long line and a long wait at the drive-thru, our order was completely wrong, and we waited for the correct order until we went to ask about it, only to find out that they hadn't prepared it and had forgotten about it. The fries weren't even cooked properly. Do not stop at this place.

At 8:30 am Dec 10. Doors were locked. Went through drive through. Order was not complete went to door knocked on it. Door still looked, staff decorating Christmas tree ignored my knocking. Another staff finally came to the door. Why was dining in closed? When website states open.

Went to the drive through. They had us park to wait on the food. Wasn't overly busy, they kept bringing us parta of our order, I would ask where the rest is and the person bringing us the food would just grunt and walk back in. Took 20 minutes to get everything, and that's only after having to ask over and over. Just drive further down the road for a better McDonald's.

Just left this location. Asked for ketchup got a handful which was very nice, I love ketchup. I get home and they didn’t give me my fries. The last time I came on a Friday I asked for ketchup and the little girl gave me one pack for my large fry. Hate when the kids work and don’t want to work. Get them out of here. I want my money back I paid for a meal !!!!!!

I visit often on my lunch break, service is decent, few good ones and bad ones but my main concern is the soda machine. I’ve visited maybe 12 times in two months and every time I visit the soda/water comes out at room temp with zero carbonation. Better part of two months like this, do they just not fix it or am I incredibly unlucky that it’s always acting up when I visit? They also skimp out on the ketchup lol, they’ll give you one or maybe two packets if your lucky when you ask for some.
If you are a trucker good luck, and avoid this place, lobby is closed.
Not open for dining at 5, not open at 7, change your signs, and change the times on Google. Looked in and pointed at the door and a blonde haired lady wearing a headset shook her head mouthing No.
EDIT: So I realized this place just doesn't open the lobby anymore due to staff issues or the like, which I find pretty ridiculous, sounds like a bunch of lazy workers to me. Get a new job, get a better manager, get some better employees.

I go to this location frequently... The night manager Sharonda is always so pleasant and my order is always accurate. The store is always clean and the kids that work on her shift are very mannerable and hard workers.

Our family broke down and we decided to go eat at McDonald's. We got in there, made our order, all was good. A few minutes went by we still didn't have our food. One person was helping everyone around us. 25 minutes went by, and then we finally got our food. Our food did not have any mayo and the french fries were thrown in the bag.

Drive thru order about 6pm..It was Labor Day 9/1/2025..about a 10 min wait to order but moved after that...Ordered Double Quarter combo...after getting back on 95SB took a bite of the burger and spit it out..Obviously old and very greasy..couldnt eat it...fries warm and soggy....was ready to get home or I would have turned around and went back....not up to McDonalds standards
