Our family broke down and we decided to go eat at McDonald's. We got in there, made our order, all was good. A few minutes went by we still didn't have our food. One person was helping everyone around us. 25 minutes went by, and then we finally got our food. Our food did not have any mayo and the french fries were thrown in the bag.

Drive thru order about 6pm..It was Labor Day 9/1/2025..about a 10 min wait to order but moved after that...Ordered Double Quarter combo...after getting back on 95SB took a bite of the burger and spit it out..Obviously old and very greasy..couldnt eat it...fries warm and soggy....was ready to get home or I would have turned around and went back....not up to McDonalds standards

Argued with me over syrup. I paid for one. My pancakes come with one. I should by all logic have 2 syrups. The manager told me i had to pay for another syrup even though my receipt says i did already. I just want retribution at this point. That and their sweet tea taste like the liner bag is being reused.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese, add bacon and got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit I ordered a sausage biscuit I didn't even receive it. Although they didn't charge me for it, I will say that

Rude staff. Horrible. Gets some manners or quit like be so for real. It’s not hard to be nice especially when you are working at 11pm. It’s not even midnight how are you gonna try to only serve the midnight menu.

Tonight was, by a landslide, the best experience Ive ever had at a McDonalds! I ordered two large double meals. The gentleman working the speaker was clear and accurate. It took less than 2 minutes to greet me and have me back on the highway! The manager made certain every base was covered by every staff member I was in contact with, with genuine eye contact and hospitable concern. This crew has got it going on! 10 stars!

Absolutely disgusting. Trashes overflowed, no soap in bathroom, trash all over bathroom floor. Nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t tell you how the food is because you couldn’t pay me to eat at such a filthy place.
