We had a wonderful time, the staff was wonderful and the food was great. We showed up on a boat on Mother’s Day and they worked to get us on. Highly recommend visiting if you can.

I really hesitated to write this review. Have been here multiple times and generally good, love the location. But each visit makes me like it less. Went for casual, ‘wind down the holiday weekend’ dinner about 6pm. Made a reservation and no issues there - although a young hostess at the door immediately stopped us and asked with a stern voice “do you have a reservation?”. We were seated immediately, ordered drinks, eventually ordered meals and server was pleasant and attentive. Got the bill and was surprised they charge $1 for tap water, that is a first for me - anywhere (maybe didn’t catch that when was there previously). Entrees were about $40 and well done - still high price point for where you are. Large draft beer $12.50 each. Then the 3.99% credit or debit card surcharge. Desert about $10 but add $3-4 for scoop of ice cream. So about $70/head for a casual (run down) waterside joint. Losing its value and appeal for me.

I came off of a personal recommendation and it did not disappoint. The whole thing gives off the vibe of being the best of its kind, but the world has changed around it and it is slowly losing its luster. The building and grounds have seen a better day and I am not sure an influx of cash and remodeling would bring back the glory days. I can attest that the food and staff are bringing their "A" game. Everything was on point!

Family owned, family run with care and personality. Elaine the owner is an amazing story teller. Her son Clay crabs for the restaurant and bartends at night.

The food is super fresh and the chef is creative.
Atmosphere is a laid-back vibe. We came by boat and stayed 2 nights on their dock. This is my second visit and I will be back whenever I am in the area.

My wife and I love this place.
Never have we had a bad meal, been going here for 15 years. The wait staff has always been friendly and take care of any needs. When we have clients or guest in town this is where we go.

We very much enjoyed our meals and drinks BUT these people charge for water! Not bottle water, just a glass of water to go along with our meals. That’s bullshi!! IMO.

Service was very slow, we didn't see our server very often. She might have been swamped but the restaurant didn't seem busy from what we could see. Apps were really good but entrees were just mediocre especially for the prices.
