The food here is solid. It’s the best restaurant in Milledgeville in terms of quality and it’s a decent value. We love coming here for special occasions when we don’t want to drive too far. The burger and steaks are amazing! However, we have always gotten very unlucky with service. We almost always end up in the noisy bar area (even with reservations!) and we usually end up with a server who forgets about us. Next time I will asked to be seated in a different area. Even with these experiences, we still like going there for the great food!

Everything was perfect. Food was delicious. Desert was amazing, we had the creme brulee, brownie with ice cream and their banana pudding with ice cream desert, seriously mouth watering amazing. Appetizer was the ahi tuna, it was perfect and delicious. I would also be happy to come here for appetizers deserts and drinks just to get more of the amazing flavor of the dishes. Server was lovely and it was the best service we have had in a while which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

The shrimp and grits were delicious as well as the fried shrimp, hush puppies and fries. The coleslaw was not good. But everything else was spot on. We also enjoyed fried calamari that was very enjoyable. The waitress was very disconnected and not attentive she was more interested in talking with her male coworkers. We had to ask for simple things such as straws and napkins, we never got a refill, nor did she ever ask if we needed one. Sadly she was training someone to be a waitress and the young lady who she was training was friendlier and had a very pleasant smile when approaching the table.

Jason and his team are amazing ! They are exactly what you want for date night. A classy place that doesn’t take it take it to seriously . They went above and beyond to make an evening very special for a young man that works for me . Jason was on vacation but still helped me get a reservation.I called last minute to make him a reservation on a busy weekend !. And they found a great seat for him to propose!! She said yes .

My husband and I were visiting from Atlanta and were so happy to discover this gem! The staff was SO sweet, and were so wonderful for accommodating us last-minute on a Friday. The crab soup and the sea scallops were totally delicious and we loved watching the sunset from our table outside, super romantic.

Parking: Due to a wedding taking place the night we went parking was a bit crowded.the Plus is there is a nice drop off lane so not everyone had to walk far to get to the restaurant. Only the one driving. Lol z

Outstanding meal! We started with the seafood dip, which was amazing. I had the CAB ribeye, and it was cooked properly (mid rare) and seasoned well! My daughter had the scallops, and they were cooked to perfection with a great sear. My wife had the fried shrimp, and they too were cooked well with the right amount of batter. My son-in-law had the Lane Burger, and he devoured it because it too was prepared very well. Our waitress, Erin, was excellent. She was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience
