By far theWORST Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They have zero people skills, rude management and when they make a mistake, they won’t make it right. They’ll straight up over charge/cheat you without apology. Then they’ll call and act like they want to make it right but you’ll never hear back.
Whatever you do, do not order online. Apparently it's impossible for your online order to be refunded or canceled despite the store only have 2 of 7 total options ordered available. You will be forced to settle for a completely different order than what you ordered online or just forfeit your money. No one in this company seems to think the bait and switch is a bad business practice. You're better off going to the grocery store.
This store is always closed or not running well enough for someone to just get a scoop. They either are always out of flavors or have closed way earlier that the posted hours.

The combination of the Dunkin and baskin robbins establishment had me and my family super excited to go enjoy a night little treat after our dinner. We walked in at 8:15 (when the store closes at 9) and they had already thrown everything away and put all the ingredients in the back. I’m sorry but last time i recall the store closes at 9 not closing at 8:30 and leaving by 9 for the workers. If you want to leave that badly just quit. Also the Dunkin the last 3 times i have been has had horrible service and even worse quality food and drinks. But i guess that’s just what to expect in Milledgeville.

So for one, my girlfriend is craving frozen yogurt. On the website, it says frozen yogurt. I don't get it. I called you guys you guys do not have it, what is theproblem? You need to change your website because it's false information. False advertisement not happy with this place at all. I hope all your ice cream melts.
My daughter bought me an ice cream cake for my birthday. It was labeled Oreo ice cream and chocolate cake. When we cut it that night, it was not Oreo it was Mint Chocolate Chip. None of us like Mint Chocolate chip. My daughter called back and told what happened. Employee had to call store manager to find out what to do about it. She told him to tell my daughter to take a picture of the cake and come by store in the morning. We did and went to the store which is 25 miles from our house . We asked to speak to manager. She came out and hollered out for us to come down to her.My daughter began introducing herself and why we were there . The manager kept interrupting her and telling her she knew why we were there and where is her cake. My daughter tried to tell and show her the picture that she had been told to bring. The manager was very RUDE and kept asking for her cake than proceeded to tell us she wouldn't refund the money because we didn't like the cake we bought. She refused not talk to me and she kept hollering at my daughter. I have contacted corporate and waiting for a returned call. We still have the cake and will be returning the cake hopefully with the manager's pink papers! Do not go to this store. Everyone and all reviews are saying the same thing.....the manager is horrible to people. I have never been so mad at someone.

They don't in turning there new hire paperwork on time you never know if there gonna pay you or not that's why I quit there not good at all.on.tje.payroll they make every excuse not to pay you they say direct deposit is in.ypur account it's not ever there when they say it don't work for this company there very unprofessional

I’m tired of ordering what I want through the drive thru going to the window and the entire Order WRONG it’s not once or twice it’s all the time . I go into the store and and I’m treated like I caused the issue . The Mgr is rude and condescending . Then you want me to pay again because you don’t want to make it right ! Starbucks here I come You do not deserve 1 ⭐️
I would give fewer stars if I could. 7:45 pm, supposed to be open till 9:00 get there and the doors are locked. I don't care if there were 8-10 college kids that showed up right before is your job is to serve ice cream... if you don't want to serve ice cream then get a different freakin job!!!! Lazy lazy lazy lazy!!!!!
My mom purchased an ice cream cake recently in celebratory of my accomplishments. We cut the cake, only to realize the ice cream was butter pecan. The label on the packaging clearly states it consists of vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. I have a severe nut allergy and cannot consume any tree, or ground nuts. As you expect, I could not enjoy the cake. We have had bad experiences with customer service (employees being rude and not being attentive). This doesn't surprise me; however, being one of the few ice cream locations in a small town, I would believe customers would be treated better, and personably.
This store is absolutely a shame. Not only is the A/c not working, only half of the ice cream flavors were available (probably due to a broken ice cream freezer) and the workers there never acknowledged our existence so we ended up leaving.
