Whomever was the employee at the window at 7:53 this date, should find a new job. It's obvious that you hate your job and take it out on customers by sounding as annoyed as possible. I see other people have left similar reviews and supposedly the owner has responded claiming this will be addressed. I hope you like corporate addressing it.

If I could give it no starts I would. The lady taking our order was incredibly rude because she couldn’t hear us. When we got to the window she rudely asked us to pull forward and when I asked for a receipt she wouldn’t give us one. We waited for 30 min for our food while 6 cars got their food in no time, and when she finally brought them out we again asked for the receipt again she walked away and rudely said it’s on the bag. Honestly the worst experience at a fast food restaurant. It was cashier 13 sun if that tells you who it is.

Terrible customer service. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because the employees in the background were yelling and laughing and we couldn't hear a thing. The lady taking our order couldn't hear us either. She asked them to be quiet and they wouldn't. Terrible experience. Even if the food is excellent, we won't be back.

Yeah, I need to fire that little girl with the red hair. She has the worst attitude I've ever seen in a restaurant.

Food is consistently good, and always trumps the other categories. The store was very clean, and the counter service is counter service...

I want to say first and foremost this establishment needs to be shut down or under new management, first keke said she was gone make fresh chicken for me and the wait time would be 15 , when i received my food it was still raw on some parts and also when i went back up there i drove through the drive thru and i seen antiono not wearing gloves orders and eating the food , that’s unprofessional on both of their parts and also my sides were cold and im just in disbelief that they are like this but not surprised my friend said her food was given wrong when she went too!😡

Horrible experience this morning, and we WON’T be back. We pulled up and ordered a 6-piece Bo Bites combo. The speaker quality was terrible, and the cashier repeated that we wanted Bo rounds. We corrected her twice, and finally we were told to pull to the second window. We were not asked what size combo. When we get to the window, we were handed a large drink and told our total was over $10, which we knew was too much for the combo we ordered. We were asked to pull forward, and when we did, my husband asked for a receipt. She says “it’ll be on your bag” and as we start to pull away she says “the hell?!” with an attitude. As we pulled up, I get out of the car and go inside and ask for a receipt at the counter because we figured they overcharged us. The person declaring to be the manager comes over and hands me a receipt. I take it and go “you charged us for a large drink - we only wanted a normal combo.” The girl at the window goes “look at her snatching that receipt, she’s got an attitude.” I direct to her to say that she said “the hell” to us as we pulled away, so she had an attitude, not me. The manager tells me she was standing right next to her, and she knows she did not say that to us. I heard it clear as day, as did my husband, as did the other customer standing at the counter who leaned over and told me he did. I asked for my money back, and the manager tells me to lower my voice and tries to explain to me how the combo works. I told her we were never asked at the window what size combo we wanted, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times because the speaker quality was awful. She finally tells me she refunded my card, and I had to ask for a receipt for proof. We will not be returning, and based on other reviews here, I see we are not the only person who has had an issue.

Enjoyed Bojangles for a weekend breakfast. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Received my order of a steak biscuit combo with Bo-rounds almost immediately after ordering, and the food was hot and fresh. The Bo-rounds were crispy with a soft interior, and the country fried steak on the steak biscuit was cooked well and the biscuit was warm and soft. Great spot for a quick breakfast.

Last Saturday the girl running the drive through was extremely rude when we told her the forgot a sausage biscuit. She was making angry faces and bawling her fist like a child over something very simple and wanted to argue. Breakfast was about $60 so really crazy how she can't handle stress at all and the rudeness. We were very polite the entire time so not really sure why such an attitude came from her.

First off lets start with, its spring, its daylight out much later now and all the kids have activities. Last night after ending a late night ball game we needed a quick bite to eat so we decided on Bojangles, which online says closes at 10:00pm, but the door says 9:00 p.m., we walked in at 8:28 p.m. and all the chairs in the establishment where on the tables. We ordered our food through a passive aggressive cashier who didn't have the decency to return a thank you with a your welcome (call me crazy for believing in common decency), and when we got our food and sat down the employees began locking the doors with us inside, I'm assuming to deter any other hungry customers away. Now, as for the food my husband ordered a 5 piece tender and he received the tenders that look and tasted like they were cooked at 6:00 am that morning and left under the warmer all day , the also did not give us our BoBerry biscuits so we had to request them before we left, thankfully we remembered. All in all this place needs a healthy dose of customer service training and some happy pills because the vibes were gross and almost archaic.

DO NOT GO. This was my first time at bojangles. We ordered mac n cheese fries and a biscuit in the drive through and they told us to pull foward. After waiting 20 minutes they told us 5 more minutes and then after 10 more minutes. After 45 minutes they told us the mac n cheese was still frozen and gave us nothing to accommodate. They did not give us any of our other food and we left empty handed after 45 minutes. They were extremely rude with 0 accommodations.

That lady Keke Hornes need to be OUT the drive thru window. It’s 8:24 this morning, and she has very bad costumer service. To whom ever over her, please get that lady out the window because she hates her job.
