Buffalo WIld Wings

Every time I am at this specific location my food comes out 30-45 minutes later than expected. Not only that but it is cold and has definitely been sitting in the back for a long time. The wait staff are nice, but extremely unhelpful. I can stand and wait for help for 20 minutes with all of them staring at each other and acting clueless. I am an avid supporter for BWW, but this location needs to have some conversations on their lack of leadership and helpfulness.

Our server was friendly and kind but the food really sucks, especially for the price.

I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and it came out with just lettuce and tomato, and chicken with a drizzle of buffalo sauce on it? The toppings were missing on the salad.

My husband ordered salt and vinegar wings and they were literally just plain wings, we didn’t taste any vinegar.

Definitely won’t be eating here again. Had much better experiences at other restaurants in the area and will stick with those!

I heard Buffalo Wild Wings uses tallow instead of seed oils for frying which made me want to eat here but it was very disappointing.

I placed an online order and then canceled directly with the store. I was told my order was canceled but they still charged me. Don't tell me to fill out a form. I already did and no response. I want my money back.

Had to send order back 3 times still came back wrong. Very disappointed

Just got to this town for work, the next 22 months, stopped in for lunch and it's Veterans Day, free meals for veterans, awesome. Sat at the bar, Tori was the best. They were super busy and the wait for anything was very minimal. I will definitely be coming here as my project is ongoing.

I put my Togo order in 25 mins before arriving. They said it would be ready at 5:20pm. When I arrived at 5:20 they said just a few more minutes. I waited 23 additional minutes until I got my food. Ridiculous amount of wait time for a restaurant that was very slow.

Every time, instead handing them money or a card. They make you try to pay through the app which cumbersome and inefficient. It’s always a hassle. The bartenders are great though

Food was just okay I had to wait on french fries for 20 minutes tho. Had to ask 5 time for a Togo box! Not worth 45 $

Dillon was an amazing server!! He was extremely polite and cordial. I complained about my tea and he brought a replacement immediately and was super nice about it. So often even small complaints result in awkward interactions with servers. He checked on us often. Our order was correct and the food was hot.
The changing table in the men's room is broken (don't understand why people think they can sit on these things) but the one in the women's room was fine. It was clean AND actually had the disposable liners/changing pads stocked!! I've never been in a bathroom that had those stocked and it was so nice to be able to lay that down first instead of having to wrangle my pad out of the diaper bag while holding my baby.
All around, great family dinner tonight!

Kid-friendliness: The only drink besides soft drinks and tea is low fat milk, no juice options.
Grilled cheese would be a nice option to have for the kiddos.
The cheeseburger was a thin patty so small kids or the texture crazed toddlers could do well with it. Many of the other options might not be as easily chewable for smaller kids, even cut into small bites.

Food was good, service mediocre but rather quick. We got enough chips (with a tad too much salt on the last plate) as appetizers to feed the hunger of our 5 people group and the wings were good.
