I was in this area on business I actually live 2 hours away!! & I must say this was a TERRIBLE AWFUL experience… The employee was leaned over the counter helping an older lady do something on her phone (had nothing to do with business) she didn’t acknowledge me or the 3 other older people waiting behind me in line I probably stood up there 3 minutes before they walked in & in total the 3 of us stood up there almost 10 mins! She kept helping the lady work her phone. While other employees also just looked from the line & said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Then I guess something clicked in her head and she called out to someone in the back and said… Whatever his name was there are customers @ the counter. He did apologize & took our orders but yet & still it was ALL unnecessary. If she felt she wasn’t supposed to help us she should have called him from the back IMMEDIATELY!!! The fish & bread was decent the fries were cold. Asked for a water cup was given 1 but I had to say something for him to say oh we don’t have kids for them… In which I had to end up buying a small cup for nearly $3.00 just for water unacceptable & this by far was as I said an AWFUL experience… & the young black girl with the short hair do & tats on her arm need to be taught what comes first CUSTOMERS or helping NOT A CUSTOMER work her phone. Restaurant could need a DEEP cleaning as well. If I could get my money back for would DEFINITELY want it back expeditiously

I was disappointed again , they were out of sweet tea, there was no silverware the drink station was nasty, Drink machine has been out of order.. the floors were dirty and spilled drinks on floor. Baked potato was cold and a day old I am sure. Garbage hadn’t been emptied. I hate to see this I am afraid it will be closing if something is done. Such a shame it was always a great place to get a seafood dinner. It was a Friday night and there wasn’t hardly anyone there.

This place was nasty. They had no condiments on the counter, the food was cold.and it took forever to get the food. Definitely not worth the $70 I spent for a family of 4. Will not be going back.

The lady taking orders was not trained well on helping customers with food choices and communicating. Our order for 2 people was served in about 10 minutes. When food was served, the employees did ask if I would like any sauces but most of them seemed not to be happy working there. The dining room tables and floor apparently had not been cleaned in at least an hour and there were only 3 tables occupied by customers at the time I was there. Condiments counter was not clean, straws on a high shelf at back were hard to reach, and a couple of bowls of food toppings were not fresh or well-stocked. Second soda machine was out of order and had a sign on it saying so. After taking my order to a table, I returned to the counter and waited for about 30 seconds before one of five employees who were making loud small talk with each other asked what I needed. I asked for ketchup and they gave me a styrofoam cup with about an ounce of ketchup in it. I guess they had no ketchup packets. Restrooms were reasonably clean and supplied.

Restaurant is dirty, very few people here, out of forks, had to ask for tops for cups, Playing jungle music This place has really gone down hill since Wes Cummins had it It is nothing like it was when we moved to Milledgeville and had to wait for a seat We are here at dinner time or supper for those from the south Do not believe this restaurant will survive much longer

New management took over. Place is now just a wreck. I watched three people walk out without their food because it took so long. I watched people from the drive thru come asking for their food. Wait times of half an hour. Avoid this place. Whoever runs it now is doing possibly the worst job I’ve ever seen in fast food. It had a good run but if this keeps up; place will definitely shut down. Can’t make money if you can’t keep up with orders.
