i order mine and my wife’s food on the app for delivery. when i got my food at my door i looked in the bag and i was missing two medium fries that was supposed to come with the meals that i ordered for her and me and the reason i ordered on the app was because the wife is sick and i didn’t want to spread what ever she is sick with. i even called the store and told them that i was missing the fries they said they would have me two fries delivered and they still haven’t showed up so i got a felling they are just going to put it on the app as a reward to use because they didn’t want to send someone back with fries for us. the way i see it they should give me some money back since i didn’t get my fries but i guess they rather keep my money

This Chick-fil-A has to be the worst one that I have come across. The employees working the drive-thru are completely incompetent and flat-out rude. Came through earlier today, and an employee named Samantha had terrible customer service skills and was rude in how she provided directions. The Chick-fil-A in Milledgeville should be embarrassed that they train their employees to act so rudely to their customers. I am disappointed and shocked by how we were treated and will not give them any of my services again.

The food was fine and met the quality of every other CFA. The service, however, does not meet CFA standards. I waited for a dine-in order for over fifteen minutes and had to finally go ask for it for them to make it. They have also left stuff out of my order multiple times in the drive-thru, and I have had to turn around and go get it. No issue with food or cleanliness, just the service could be a little better.

Micheal in the drive thru helped up me and my friend through a very chaotic morning with our mobile orders being all confused, he made sure to figure the situation out and made sure we left satisfied. Micheal needs a raise ASAP.
