For me it’s one of the consistently underwhelming Chick-fil-a’s. Just say in a drive thru line for 10 minutes with a mobile order that was already started and yet here I am waiting for the food to be ready.
I ordered online, went to pick it up with ample time to spare and it still wasn't ready. I ended up with some old fries after waiting almost 20 minutes and there was no concern for my time.
Mobile order took 15 minutes to get served inside the restaurant pick up. Even though the label on the bag had the correct order the food inside the bag was completely wrong. I was not the only customer standing at the counter complaining about the long wait.
