It absolutely amazes me that a customer can overhear a black employee calling a white employee a "white b****" and report that employee only to have nothing done. Somehow it's the white employee's fault. I thought this was a Christian establishment? What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. I will NOT spend my money at this chicfila again.

Food and service was amazing and the atmosphere is nice and calm.

All I ordered was a market salad with a spicy filet instead of the cold chicken and a large lemonade. I have ordered this exact order MANY times at many different chick-fil-as. I will say maybe this one had a modified menu since it’s a campus location and I was unaware of that. All of the workers were a bit confused so I felt bad, but for the most part everyone was really helpful and patient with my order. I ended up walking away with the wrong order because I didn’t want to be any more trouble than I already was, and then an employee loudly threatened “if she comes back and tries to order that again tomorrow I’m not serving her”. I didn’t say anything back to her but man it made me mad enough to write a review

Um, why would you put paper in the cone? It's all we ordered, and I've never experienced this in any location but this one. What else do you do to the food?

I’m a student at GCSU and got food here almost daily. The employees are SO hardworking and I love you guys so much.

I ordered a 4 count chicken minis meal and a 12 count nugget meal at 9:11am. After 10 minutes, I received the 4 count meal and only the hash browns from the other meal. I told the lady who gave it to me that I did not receive all of my food. She check, went to the place where they were making the orders, then came back and told me they were holding on the nuggets. I was like, ok, even tho they gave me my order as if it was complete but it was not. At 9:29am, I saw the manager walking by and I told her I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes and I had not received the rest of my order. She went to the place where they were making the orders, grab the nuggets and gave them to me. Then she stated, "You have only been waiting 10 minutes". And turned around and walked away. THAT WAS SO RUDE!!!!! My receipt CLEARLY says 9:11am and it was 9:30am when she gave me my completed order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

Should have went to a real Chic-fil-a.Large fries only half filled.Workers sitting around the dining area talking loud, yelling back to the people in the kitchen.Bottom bun seemed stale, food not hot.

Dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. It had spills on the floor and tables withtrash everywhere. The employees were playing cards and complained when we walked in.

Great service. I have issues with the company itself but this place is nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: The back entrance is accessible via wheelchair.

Dietary restrictions: The only gluten free options they have are plain grilled chicken or very plain salad.

My question is what are you going to do about demi? Hateful and rude customer service which I’ve had at this location as well but the audacity of how these employees treated her! Unacceptable and I won’t be eating at this location until she’s token care of and these servers stop acting like they are better than everyone and do there jobs and be polite!

The girls working the night shift are so hard working and have a great attitude. They keep this location running smoothly, the eating area and restroom are clean and the food comes out hot.
