Took my son attending GCSU out for dinner at Chicken Salad Chick as he had never been. We tried many different types of chicken salad and all were fantastic. The lemon basil was my favorite! Service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Prices were reasonable.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and I was quite disappointed. The first time I went it was so wonderful I told many people how good it was. The portion size was great and I took some with me. I got the fancy Nancy on croissant and loaded potato soup. This time I got the same. There was just a tiny bit of chicken salad on the bread. Two times I had to open it up and spread it around just to be able to taste it. I'm going to think long and hard before I come back and i probablywon'tbebraggingabout it. I had looked so forward to coming back today. I didn't have a half of a sandwich to take home this time because it wasn't as filling.

After waiting for 15 minutes inside. And not busy at all. They returned to counter after said time. And ask what we ordered. Good thing I held my receipt. After giving them the receipt. You still got it wrong. Drove 40 miles as a referral. And this is the service they provide? Maybe hire people that care about customer service. And not a bunches of kids who are only their for a check. We'll never return.

Lots of choices. They also let you try one or two in a little cup first. The strawberry salad was good. We had 10 ladies for a club meeting, and they have a nice side room. Staff friendly and helpful.

I ordered 2 sandwich trays 1-2 weeks in advanced online. I received an email confirmation of my reservation. I added some "flex" time into my pick up time to ensure it would be done. I showed up at this location, was the only person standing at the register, and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. There were at least 4 employees milling about behind the register but they didnt say a word. They didnt even ask me to wait a moment. Finally one employee approached me and asked how I needed help. I advised that I ordered 2 sandwich trays and was there to pick them up. My pick up time was 3:30, I didnt arrive until after 4:30. She looked in the coolers, then walked over to a booth and started talking to someone. I waited so long that I went out to my car to let the folks waiting that I was still waiting. I came back in and she said "Your order is not complete, I am sorry, I manager and I will put it together it will be 15 min". I told her that I had a group of people waiting on me to eat as it was my daughter graduation party so I would need it quicker. She said it somehow got missed. I waited until they were complete (approximately 20 minutes) , they came out and bagged the trays and I left. Not once did the Manager offer an apology, a small 10% discount, free drinks, or anything. The Manager did not even address the miss with an apology. This is a college town on a day where there are two commencment ceremonies and more the next day. The food is good at these franchises, but what sets them apart is S E R V I C E. I can only assume it was a miss on the locations part as the Manager did not offer A N Y explanation.
Step up your service -greet your customers even if you are busy. A mere "I will be with you in a moment" goes a long way
Apologize or show your face for missteps
If you are in a college town, check your catering orders every other hour, especially on days when the college is hosting events on campus (my order was placed over a week in advanced)
Your own cancellation polcy states that the customer would be responsible for 50%, why wouldnt you offer a discount if YOU cause a delay in the order?
