I was there today meeting my 10-year-old son for lunch so I could see him and give him his presents. My son is my world and lives with his father so I drive 3 hours just to see his face no matter how short the time. I don’t get to see him often because of the distance. I’m not a well off mother and wasn’t able to get him as much as I would have loved to this year. Well, while we ate our lunch and after he opened his gifts a very nice waitress approached our table with a very nice monetary gift from an anonymous source. I’m not going to lie, I couldn’t hold back the tears. I asked her who it was and she stayed true to her words to keep it anonymous. Then, when it was time to pay, I asked for the check and our bill was completely covered. Again, I cried. When I cried and explained why I was there, the servers around teared up with me. I can tell the staff at this establishment all carry big hearts and love for their patrons. Not just the staff, but the patrons. To whoever it was who blessed my son and I today, thank you. I wish I could tell you the impact you had on me today. If you’re reading this, thank you. And thank you to the kind staff who played a role in service today. We’re definitely coming back for the next lunch with hugs and thank yous for all!

This is supposed to be steak fajitas. 3 ingredient delivered - meat beans rice the end. The rice literally clinked on the plate bc it was so undercooked. Had to go buy tortillas- they a

Not a bad spot. Just small inside. Service is hit or miss, but mostly hit. Not a bad switch up spot though.

Each month Chili’s has a special margarita & they are always delicious! My favorite go-to dish is the triple dipper — very delicious as well. I’ve always experienced great waiters/waitresses there. Keep up the great work!

I had originally gotten a steak tonight and it came out so tough and hard that I decided to change my order to the southwest egg rolls to go . My waitress got them ready to go for us and when I went to take a bite of them a long hair was in them and I pulled it out of my mouth . It had been baked in I assume. I was just so disappointed. It was my first time ever trying chilis and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back .

Edit : that night I did reach out to the contact line that was suggested below and the received it and I have yet to hear back.

This was my first visit and I'll never go back. The fajitas were terrible and soaked in nothing but chili powder.

This is the best Chili's I've been to. Usually I'm not a huge fan, but this location knocks it out of the park nearly every time.

We waited at least 40 minutes for our meal. Not busy. Newer waitress, pleasant but not knowledgeable. Presentation not great. We try to support but not sure we will be back

Slipped a $2.99 "game Charge" onto our bill. Ridiculously cheap and sleezy.

I ordered a steak medium rare. They tried to cook it twice and both times it came out well done. There was a baked potato on the menu for a side dish but they actually brought me instant potatoes. Never again will eat in Chili’s

Paid for a 5 dollar side salad in a cup bowl. Also didn't not receive my garlic bread with my order. This is called laziness when you can't complete an easy order.
