I pulled an actual leaf from outside out of my burrito. I took a bite and felt something hard and pulled it out, it was a full size leaf.

Heard great things about Chipotle, so my wife and I decided to grab an early dinner this past Friday.
We walked in and waited only a couple minutes before being served at the counter. A very messy counter. Two people working and I assume trying their best, but it just wasn't a great visual effect. Very messy and unmanaged. My wife had two tacos, one of which was a crunchy hard shell and after taking one bite, she was unable to eat it because it just didn't taste right. I had a bowl with steak over rice with lettuce, pico de`gallo and cheese. My meal was actually not bad , but we just couldn't get past the unacceptable level of uncleanliness in the dining area and especially the serving/preparation side of the food service counter.
Sorry, Chipotle, but I think you have a management and training deficiency at the local restaurant, and you need to address it immediately.

Just tried to place an online order and now they can’t process payments online! You can’t even get in touch with an actual person to make sure that your order has even been submitted for payment at the store! It’s ridiculous how they do business! I doubt I’ll ever do business with them again! What’s the point of ordering online if you CAN’T order online? It’s pathetic honestly. Sucheros, Mod’s and Barberitos are much better AND CHEAPER anyway and you can ACTUALLY CALL AND TALK TO A REAL PERSON! Chipotle workers can’t even be bothered to deal with customers. What a joke!

I love Chipotle, this one just didn't exceed my expectations. The rice was very hard, chips were stale fountain drink was flat. I'll try again on another day. I was rushed to order

I did a mobile order and picked it up. I made it 20 minutes home just to open my bowl and see no guac (which I payed extra for). I drove 20 minutes back and the worker gave me a side of it but never said sorry or even made eye contact with me. I think since they made the mistake they should give it to me free or at-least say sorry. The fact that I drove all the way back to not even receive a sorry is unacceptable

Colossal waste of time and money. Waited over an hour in the pickup lane and still didn’t receive the food I paid for. Employees just stood around and ignored me after I gave them my name. You’re far better off going to Surcheros, this place is trash.

My husband and I entered the Chipotle Restaurant in Milledgeville today (Sunday, August 25) at 12:35 pm. There was a group outside finishing and leaving and one couple eating inside. We walked to the order counter and waited several minutes. We were the only customers at the counter. No one was in the grill area. There were five or six employees. Three walked right passed us and made eye contact but didn’t say a word. We smiled expecting them to say something, “hello, I’ll be right with you” or “someone will be right with you”. Nothing. Two employees were chatting a few steps way at the register. We finally turned and walked out to go eat at McAllister’s where we were greeted upon entering and leaving and the place was packed with customers.
