terrible i usually get this and its great but this time it was just terrible they put some type of sauce all over it i guess it was supposed to go on the chicken but the sauce was super spicy almost unedible

The food is fine, but I wish the employees at chick fil A could come and train the ladies that work the pickup window. Felt like I was an inconvenience as soon as I pulled up. And please let them know, when they are talking about folks, (I dint think it was me as I didn't do a thing), to make sure the window is closed all the way and the other person they are talking to doesn't immediately look at who they were chatting about. I dread everytime my daughter wants to pick up food from here. Done in twice in the past several months and same ole attitude. Don't like your job, quit, simple as that. And you'll never be able to hire good employees as long as you have those kind of employees hanging around.

I love, chipotle, but the workers at this location are terrible. If you come in the evening, they are out of half the ingredients. The workers are rude, mumble their words, and act like you did something wrong for ordering food. Management should hire better staff.

Disappointing Experience at a Usually Reliable Favorite

I travel frequently for business and often rely on Chipotle as a go-to meal option. I’ve visited locations all over the country (and the world), and I usually stop in a few times a week. I know what to expect from Chipotle, and I usually enjoy it—but this location was a major letdown.

The staff seemed completely disengaged, like the customers were a disruption rather than the reason they’re there. No greetings, no eye contact, no energy—just going through the motions.

But worse than the service was the food. It was bland beyond belief—completely lacking flavor or seasoning. I’m not sure how you manage to strip all the taste out of ingredients that usually have a decent punch, but somehow it happened. There was no culinary experience here at all. I might as well have been eating air. It filled my stomach, but that’s about it.

This isn’t the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle, and I hope this location gets things back on track.

when they opened in milly it was my first time trying it and it’ll always be my favorite now. i just wish they’d put more rice and protein😭

All of the employees were so disrespectful. They were out of some many items, for example white rice. I asked if they were making some, and that I could wait for it. They said no in a rude tone. The counter was disgusting like they didn’t ever clean it and ingredients were all mixed together. I get to the register with a reward to use, and the guy at the counter rolled his eyes at me and was annoyed that I wasn’t just paying and leaving. I am never coming back to this chipotle ever again. This location is not worth your money. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I pulled an actual leaf from outside out of my burrito. I took a bite and felt something hard and pulled it out, it was a full size leaf.
