Why are the vegetables SOGGY and look as though they need to be changed out? Why scrape the bottom of the container to fix someone's food? NEVERMIND.
The Chipole in Milledgeville is the BIGGEST disappointment. At least the guacamole looked fresh...? IDK I used to like Chipole. Ask for the one in Milledgeville Ga, 31061...

Poor management and employment staff! Have ordered online multiple times and each time they have gotten the order wrong! Several times had to go back to get items that were missed. Would not recommend this location, full of disappointment!

Used to be so good and had no issues.. I ordered a bowl online and only had like 3/10 toppings in my bowl, almost gave me the wrong drink, and forgot my chips. I went back inside to get it fixed and watched a girl touch all over her hair and her phone WITH gloves on then proceeded to grab the lettuce with her contaminated gloves and add it to my bowl. I work in food service and it’s always been common sense to change your gloves. Absolutely disgusting.

This is pitiful and genuinely unacceptable. This isn’t my first problem with an order from here and it’s always an issue to have my slightest concern fixed which is how the food is being made when it’s clear as daylight you tell whoever is building the bowl how YOU want it. Not to mention I’m paying YALL for my food to be made therefore there isn’t an excuse or acceptance of why I’m not getting what I paid for but for the price to be the same as if I’m bowl is full with everything I actually asked for. No one picks up the phone, and the help of resolution in store lacks.

Every single time I order online and PAY for queso on my burrito they never put it on it. Also they always put the sour cream at one end of the burrito so one end is dry as hell and the other side is just filled with sour cream. I so done with this place.

Disappointing.
The staff seemed completely disengaged, like the customers were a disruption rather than the reason they’re there. No greetings, no eye contact, no energy—just going through the motions. I greeted them when I got there with no response. I told him thank you and have a good night, and I received a scoff as in aggravation.

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, so much so that I typically ordered one to two times a week. Unfortunately, my experience with their to-go orders has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time, something important is either wrong or missing.
I can overlook small issues like a forgotten side tortilla or missing chips, but my most recent order was unacceptable. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with extra meat, only to get home and discover there was no meat at all. Since I live 30 minutes away, I tried to resolve the issue through the customer service feature in the app. Instead of helping, the representative essentially told me “tough luck” and refused to offer a refund, saying they “cannot compensate every time an order isn’t perfectly satisfying.”
What’s frustrating is that I paid for a specific item, didn’t receive it, and then was told the company wouldn’t make it right. For a brand as large and successful as Chipotle, I expected far better accountability and customer care. The sad thing is, since thee upper management clearly supports terrible customer service, the in store customer service is just as bad if not worse. Never an apology for wrong orders or poor food quality.
