I needed a large order of cookies on 12/19/2024 to make plates to deliver to our neighbors for Christmas. Shawna agreed to have my order ready to pick up at opening the next morning. I got a text earlier the next morning that I was ready to go - she came in early and got in and me out 2 hours earlier than we agreed. It made my day. The cookies are fabulous and the customer service can not be beaten! Thank you Shawna!

Was in town for my son's baseball scrimmage so decided to stop into this bakery. I ordered the chocolate mini-cupcakes. They were delicious. Probably the best I have had in a long time. Owner was very nice as well as polite and professional. I will be back again.

I have been a customer of this bakery, since it began with the Kirkpatrick Family and was sold to the Ryals Family. The food and service was ALWAYS WONDERFUL! ALWAYS FRESH! Today, I visited the new owners, Coasties, and the Caramel Brownies were TERRIBLE! They were OLD and HARD! I phoned the bakery(finally reaching them on the third attempt) to inform them of the OLD MERCHANDISE!! I informed the young lady answering the phone of how horrible the brownies were and she informed me they only served Fresh food!! They were so hard I threw them in the trash. People write reviews to help a business, but if they are not willing to listen ???? Very disappointed and will not return!!

Coasties squeezed in a last minute graduation cake order for a sweet GCSU graduate's party yesterday. The cake was a delight to my eyes and palate. Beautiful and feminine decorations, perfect texture and density, and the frosting was delicious! Milledgeville is lucky to have a quality hometown bakery like Coasties!
