There are 2 drive thru lanes. Why are you only serving one line? I sat there for 10 minutes and after 2 people got served in the other lane i had still yet to hear anything. Once the third person started ordering, i was done. If you arent going to serve an entire lane (which is lit up) then can you at least put a sign? Could you at least see a person in the lane you decided not to serve and let them know? No. And to top it off you give me a quesadilla when i asked for a chicken wrap and ranch when i asked for buffalo sauce. Come on.

The food was sub par!! Nothing like the locations in Atlanta, Jonesboro or Morrow. The burgers were partially pink inside and the fries were dry and barely warm! For $55 I expected more !! I almost called my bank to dispute the charge … the food was so bad. The service was horrible too! We started out in the drive-through and as I was getting my order together, the young lady asked me was ready. I told her I was giving her my order. I couldn’t even complete my sentence before I was interrupted by the cashier trying to repeat what she thought she heard. I had to ask the young lady to hold just one moment and allow me to give her the complete order before she tried to read it back to me. I finished giving and the young lady only got half of my order. I told her never mind cancel the order, I’ll come inside to place my order. The cashier spoke in a tone that was in Audible. It almost sound like she was chewing food while talking on the microphone the funny part about that was when I came inside, her voice was still choppy and she was not able to enunciate her words clearly.

The food is okay and I've been here a lot but today my experience has been not so great. I ordered a jr tray and they rang me up for a large and the service is not as quick. Definitely went downhill
