This Dunkin' to me is better than others in the area. No problems with online ordering which is great on work mornings. Breakfast sandwiches are good. Apple fritters are one of my favorites

Staff is very rude and needs a complete do-over. Lazy and rolls eyes at window when asked if I could have the snack bacon warmed up.

My favorite tradition is my Tuesday night chess matches with my grandpappy. We would play just about every Tuesday night. My grandpappy also loved Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. So we would go through the driver through every Tuesday for his regular black coffee and old fashioned donut. Almost every time we would be greeted with a smile from Ryan! A loyal work that’s been there for me and my grandpappy every Tuesday. Grandpappy loved Ryan! Cold him “sport”. Grandpappy gained his angel wings just a few days ago! I’ll miss my Tuesday visits to see Ryan and the crew at Dunkin! We love your hard work and dedication Ryan! You are the Best! Grandpappy looks forward to meeting you again one day! In a better place!

I give 3 stars cause of shame in the company. Yaw only got 1 person working every morning I come here to get my coffee. It’s a shame yaw do that to yaws employees. It’s a coffee shop, busiest time is in the morning where yaw SHOULD have a full crew. Hats off to the one worker that busts his ass every morning….

The place has a great atmosphere, but one staff member(African American) is constantly yelling at other staff, which makes it hard to relax or focus. It’s frustrating because her loud outbursts over their small mistakes ruin the experience for everyone. She acts like she’s too good to work here and is always frustrated that you need anything. It’s also getting redone on the inside and looks so much better and more welcoming. All the other staff are really helpful and nice.

Milledgeville is the ONLY location that I know requires you to get ice in your refresher. I am a traveling healthcare worker and I’ve never had a problem getting my drink without ice. I always ask for very little ice and my cup is over halfway filled when I get it. The customer service given is based on how the workers feel when they wake up I guess. I come everyday because I love the refreshers. They also tend to be a little stingy with the juice sometimes too.
