I give 3 stars cause of shame in the company. Yaw only got 1 person working every morning I come here to get my coffee. Itās a shame yaw do that to yaws employees. Itās a coffee shop, busiest time is in the morning where yaw SHOULD have a full crew. Hats off to the one worker that busts his ass every morningā¦.

The place has a great atmosphere, but one staff member(African American) is constantly yelling at other staff, which makes it hard to relax or focus. Itās frustrating because her loud outbursts over their small mistakes ruin the experience for everyone. She acts like sheās too good to work here and is always frustrated that you need anything. Itās also getting redone on the inside and looks so much better and more welcoming. All the other staff are really helpful and nice.

Milledgeville is the ONLY location that I know requires you to get ice in your refresher. I am a traveling healthcare worker and Iāve never had a problem getting my drink without ice. I always ask for very little ice and my cup is over halfway filled when I get it. The customer service given is based on how the workers feel when they wake up I guess. I come everyday because I love the refreshers. They also tend to be a little stingy with the juice sometimes too.

I just left thereā¦ the old staff was so nice and friendly and this new girl at the window I think her name starts with an x I couldnāt see her name tag but she was so rude and rolled her eyes when I just asked if they were kosher certified since the remodelā¦ the manager must have seen her attitude because she bright my drink and was really nice .. that was such a weird interaction I was so nice and the girl at the window acted like she hated her job and was annoyed that I spoke to herā¦. I love my coffee I get but if sheās there again with that energy Iām not coming back

Drive-thru was a disaster, employees were rude, drinks were incorrect. I've been to many Dunkin restaurants and this is by far the worst one I've ever come across.
Management is terrible. Staff is rude. Food came out cold. Our order was wrong. The coffee was alright but not what I ordered.

Came in to order brunch for my wife and I, the girl working the register (name started with an A, taller African American lady) had an attitude and was less than helpful, came up to get my drinks and asked for my doughnuts and she threw her hands up in the air, seemingly exasperated that I was asking for the food that I ordered. She also continued to ask meā is that allā after every single item that I ordered, even though I was looking at the menu on my phone to find out what else I needed. It wasnāt super busy, but it seemed as though she didnāt want me in the restaurant ordering food at all. Receipt says āTammyā was my cashier, but that was not the name tag of the girl that helped me.

I use to love Dunkin but it has really gone down hill over the past couple of years! It has got to be the slowest establishment I've ever been too. The young man they have working the window acts high and doesn't know to speak. I don't know why they are remodeling building it's still gonna be crappy service. Flies flying around the donuts, sitting in line for 30 mins with only one car in front of me. I will visit dunkins elsewhere.. Milledgeville sucks
