Ordered 2 sausage cheese and egg sandwiches on their app, I was told that they didn’t have eggs and that if I wanted a refund I would have to do it through the app….. there isn’t anywhere on the app to do that so I’m out 14 dollars.

Great coffee! The employees there are amazing but the manager seems to have a serious problem. I came through once with her at the window and she had an amazing attitude and she was very sweet. One morning I was in a rush and I ordered light ice because my teeth are horrible and the ice hurts my teeth. She told me that that would mean there would be less than the cup and I really wasn't trying to wait for another coffee so I told her don't worry about it so since then she has had a really bad attitude when I come through the drive-thru line. She handed me my coffee and I said thank you and waited for her to hand me my straw. I said thank you once again and she stayed quiet and continued to roll her eyes at me. If you don't want the job you have then just go. You think someone is trying to get more than what they paid for and really I'm just trying to not have my teeth hurting. Your assumptions are making you look horrible.

Absolutely atrocious service!!! Front door was locked and a customer had to let me in??? Finally, got up to the counter and was told “at least” 20 minutes on a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The employees have no motivation and couldn’t give a damn. There are plenty of other places around, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Guys this dunkin is normally so bad it’s a straight gamble if you will get an awful coffee or a mediocre coffee. Today tho huge shoutout to the two boys working at 7:30 Friday morning! So friendly, fast, and three perfect coffees !

Terrible service, middle aged black lady with the buzzed head was clearly having a terrible day and taking it out on customers. Snappy, rude, and disrespectful to every person she served. I asked to order food and she rudely yelled no bread with no other explanation so I tried to order something else food wise to which she increased her volume shook her head and blurted no food. Completely incompetent employee this location needs better customer service training or to get her outta there.

This Dunkin' to me is better than others in the area. No problems with online ordering which is great on work mornings. Breakfast sandwiches are good. Apple fritters are one of my favorites
