El Amigo Mexican Restaurant

I can't say enough good things about El Amigo Mexican Restaurant! They catered my daughter’s wedding, and they did an outstanding job. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Mexican-style serving vessels added a beautiful touch to the overall presentation. The team was incredibly easy to work with and offered reasonable pricing, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend El Amigo for any event—you won’t be disappointed!

Great Place to have a Dinner and a drink especially thanks to guys like David who made our dinner a real enjoyment. Thank you David we had fabulous time the other day!

In my opinion, this is by far the BEST Mexican restaurant in Milledgeville, GA. This is the only Mexican restaurant that I go to.

Horrid. Ordered a shrimp quesadilla and only half of it had shrimp, a total of 4 shrimp. When we said something about it they replied “This is how’s it’s made, but they would work with us and give us some grilled chicken” we told them to take it back. Also there was almost 0 seasoning on it. Horrible. We are in disbelief.

Me and Princessioso had the BEST lemon pepper Thai chili sauce wings, burrito bowl, and house special. Even the water was crispy. We love el amigo real bad!

I very much enjoyed my meal, my server needs some training on paying attention to his work. I ordered Dr Pepper with no ice, it came packed with ice. I ordered Ceviche as an appetizer and Texas Fajitas as my main course. Fifteen minutes later both my appetizer and my main course were served at the same time. I would have appreciated my appetizer a little earlier than the main. He dropped off my food but no utensils, so it took me a few minutes to get his attention to request utensils. He then brought me plastic utensils claiming they were out of clean silverware. I requested a metal fork when one came available as I was concerned the fajita plate would melt the flimsy plastic fork. Eventually I did get one. Then I realized he never brought tortillas with my fajitas. Had to get his attention again. He was friendly and such but really just a horrible waiter. The food was excellent and I will be back. Just hoping for a different server next time. I also got a good laugh from the local business advertising on the table top.

service is ok. food was terrible. ordered nachos and chips were soft by the time it got to the table. got our food and had to wait on silverware because they RAN OUT? how do you run out of silver ware. flavors were bland. ordered kids nachos that menu says comes with beef and cheese and they only had cheese on them. asked for sweet tea got unsweetened and then told them and they brought unsweetened again. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. do better for the prices you charge!
