No customer service skills! I was talked to horribly by 2 male workers. I came in and stood in line, which I was second in line and a 3rd person walked up and was waited on before me. When I questioned them about it, I was spoken as if I was not a paying customer! They never apologized and continued to say rude things as I left the establishment. This is not a friendly establishment in need of some serious customer service training.

Food was bland and disappointing. Margaritas felt watered down. The salsa was better than canned tomato sauce.

Not the same as it used to be. Nothing was good or went right. Cold, watery tacos and plates. I told manager both baskets of chips were bad. He argued that everyone likes them, instead of apologizing or appreciating the feedback. Dining room was too hot. Won’t be back. Go somewhere else to spend your money.

Air conditioner not cooling dining area, mgr said its working fine, had to ask for ice for soft drinks because ice melting, no draft beer, been out since February per waitress, no Sprite fountain, bottled beer was warm, hardly any cheese on wife's meal, would add for an extra charge, margaritas had no alcohol, was a $11 slurpy.

Haven’t been here in a while since ownership changed- it’s really gone downhill. The server didn’t know what a spicy margarita was or even comprehend when I asked for jalapeño in my margarita. The food lacked seasoning too. The biggest shocker was the lack of a crowd. This place was always packed and was THE Mexican restaurant of choice for the locals. Not anymore. It was 85% empty at noon on a Saturday… not a good indication.

Where can I start. My family and I went eat at this place. Not only the waiter customer service skills were bad. When the food was delivered to the table cold when we received it. As we got up to take this cold food home to warm up in the microwave. I told my family to never attend this place again and spread the word to neighbors to avoid this place. It too bad we already paid for the food.

Not a great experience. Maybe we went at a bad time of day (2pm Saturday). Food was probably least favorite Mexican food in long time.
