The crew at the Milledgeville store (7/31/25 @ 8p) were cold and uninviting. One employee thought it more important to doodle with the register versus acknowledging my presence. They were so disengaged and self-involved that there was no mention of donating to your cause. They are in desperate need of customer service training so they can exemplify the hard work and dedication of emergency personnel.

Changing my rating.
Ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread. They made my daughter's on my gluten free bread and made mine on white. I told them it was wrong. I TOLD THEM that they COULD NOT just switch the bread. They just switched the bread.

I had 6 special orders for pick up during the lunch rush. The orders were labeled by number, correct, and timely. When I asked for extra condiments, they willingly accomodated me. Thanks for the awesome service, Firehouse!

The Hook and Ladder is great... but the pickle leaves a lot to be desired. My advice, don't offer the pickle just to say you do. Sadly, the photo shows the pickle to be much larger than it was 😂.

Love the subs. My fav is the hook and ladder and beef and cheddar brisket. When you order on door dash there is no way to order the firehouse sauce(captain). The sandwiches aren’t the same without it, so this should be updated.

Very impressed with the redheaded manager, he appeared to be sober and and very coherent (unlike other stores) and was very involved with me having an overall great experience
