Will not go back. Our waitress Ms. Pam was rude as hell. She caught an attitude cuz we asked to sit at a table not a booth and completely and purposely ignored us and was waiting on other people. We had to leave cuz that was unacceptable behavior.

was very busy but that is no excuse for the service we received. we got seated and didn’t see our waitress for 15 mins. i had to ask another waitress for ours. then after we ordered it took 50 mins for our food. during this time not a single person checked on us. we were about to walk out. waiting 50 mins for subpar food is very disappointing. it’s insane to me that during that 50 mins we only saw our waitress twice. won’t be returning.

Walked in, and the girl at the front desk was on the phone and didn't greet us at all. She finished her conversation and said someone would get y'all and walked away. We walked around and found a waitress to seat us and take our order. It was dark and gloomy inside .

We haven't been to IHOP for quite some time and we were so disappointed! The pancakes did not taste fresh in fact they reminded us of the prepackaged pancakes you purchase from the frozen foods section of the grocery store. The outer edges were hard and the flavor was blah! The meal was to say the least a disappointment 😞! It won't be anytime soon that we will be back.
The omelet was so dry and it wasn't what I expected. There was hardly no bacon and no cheese. The hash browns were ok.

I have nothing against animals period. But to be in this restaurant today and had placed my order only to look up to see a couple holding up their dog like it was a big thing. I did not see anywhere where it says animals are allowed and no this was not a service dog. Several customers as well as myself got up and left. This was uncalled for.

Won't order here again unless it's in person. We ordered delivery for two eggs Benedict with avocado, one was to have the Hollandaise on the side because my husband doesn't like it. This looks like it was just thrown in the box for one, for two NO AVOCADO....and 3, my husband's food has Hollandaise sauce on it. Worth $40???!!! Absolutely NOT. Pitiful. THEN, I called to speak to a manager....I called 8 times before someone answered and said there's no manager, then put me on hold for 10 minutes....I hung up and tried to call back but no answer. I called this place about 16 times and someone only answered ONCE.

My second time here, both times I've gotten an omelet 😔. Both times it was horrible. Not even rolled neatly. It's a sloppy mess, covered with cheese. The egge are scorched. The second time, some of the meat and vegetables were burnt. I'm done. Definitely won't be coming back. Deleting the app as well. Also they serve you very cold salsa.
