Jersey Mike's Subs

The food was great! The tuna had a little bit too much pepper for my liking but almost ate all of my sandwich. Maybe I'll add salt to balance it out next time! Otherwise everything was great!!

This place is amazing, ALWAYS!!!!! The subs are made perfectly every time, and the customer service is on point, no matter what day of the week or time. Thank you guys for always making my lunch/dinner delicious.

Great subs for the money

Pretty disappointed with my recent visit to this Jersey Mikes's. This particular store doesn't use FRESH bread. I used to work at a Jersey Mike's in Atlanta, and I know how important it is to be using fresh bread for their cold subs. I went it in at 12 o'clock and got day old bread for my #13. All of your bread should be done and out on the line to be used for lunch rush. It doesn't make sense why I should pay all that money for a sub that could be better.

This Jersey currently has good music not sure who's picking it.

Food is great. Service is outstanding. Very pricy, however. The managers do a great job in hiring people to work here. The service is what brings me back time after time.

Normally, I eat at Subway, but since my wonderful experience at the Jersey Subs in Macon on Riverside Drive, this is definitely where I will be going for my sub fix. The Club Sub #8 was perfectly made and the bread was so fresh that I finished it in the car while my daughter was driving. I went there on 1/31/24 around 4 p.m., it could have been a little earlier than that, but the service was absolutely great. Since I’ve only eaten at Jersey Mike once or twice, I did not know what I wanted, so the staff was very patient and accommodating, especially, the Caucasian boy that cut my meat and the African American girl with the dreads that fixed my sandwich. I live in Milledgeville and wish we had that level of great customer service. The food was so fresh and good, I will always stop there to get my sub fix every time I visit the new mall, which is in a perfect location by the way. Thanks Jersey Mike’s Riverside location in Macon for such an amazing experience, I sincerely appreciate at because it doesn’t happen that often in this day and age!Much love,Catherine.
