Do not ever deliver for this company. They pay you weekly, so if you quit they will not give you your last check.Also, you can drive 17 miles for 4 dollars. They are a rip off

Order food at 10:15 am for delivery at 11:30... food listed as picked up at 11:05am... NEVER DELIVERED. Called the number listed, as the driver failed to text me, but only allowed the generated emails to come through. No answer, no call back from company phone number.Buyer beware.. drivers will literally STEAL your food.

We ordered brunch from Waffle House. We received about half of our order after waiting an hour and twenty minutes. No one answered the call number. After several tries someone answered and once again I was offered a refund, but this has happened twice before and no refunds have ever been given. I tried to give them benefit of a doubt. When I said that was unsatisfactory I was told I could get my food but it was gonna be awhile. If you screw up my order it should be priority to fix it. Done with this overpriced unprofessional scam.

Thanks KNG for fixing KFC error. That fact the food was replaced they brought it right back out and it was hot!

I placed an order for Zaxby's, and my order was entirely wrong. I called about my order being wrong, and they informed me that I would receive a gift card reimbursement WITHIN 24 hours. I never received that, and I called today, and was told that they could not okay that without a supervisor. I said they did not share that with me and they said "Well I am sharing that now." I told them that I either wanted my money back, or I wanted the gift card. They hung up the phone on me. I have reached out via Facebook messenger and email. I also commented my complaint on Facebook, and I see that it was removed and I was blocked from commenting. I called again from another phone because my number was blocked from the first call, and was told that they were 'instructed' to no longer discuss this with me. I was very professional and polite. I have the photos of my food that was incorrect, as well as the receipt. I do not appreciate this. They refused me a refund, and told me I would have to take it up with the credit card company.

They missed 2 items I ordered and the "call within 15 minutes if something is missing" number does not work. What's the point in overpaying for the food if you don't get your correct food? Wish it was right so I could give a good review. Super disappointed!!
