The establishment was smoky and uninviting. However, I bought six doughnuts for almost $13. Cannot believe how much doughnuts are now. My six chocolate covered doughnuts were barely covered and the cream and custard filled amounted to about 1 teaspoon in each doughnut . Very disappointed. Will not go back and waste my money for substandard doughnuts.

The kids that work there. Clearly doesn't know what the sign means. If I'm going to pay you over $10 for some doughnuts. I want them hot like the sign is flashing and letting us know..... They were not in that kind of spirit.... But I didn't fuss. I just kept giving the box back. Lol Until I got some hot ones

Went in for the free deal to get a free Kit Kat doughnut with purchase was told they didn't have any more. We decided to purchase some other doughnuts. The dining area looked like they were closed we asked if we could eat our doughnuts there. They acted like we were an inconvenience but they did allow us to dine there. I ordered the doughtnut dots which were stale and a dozen original grazed. They were making a lot of them so they were hot. I get they were making a huge order but every order should be treated the same. Yes we were disappointed about the free deal but they should have offered us another doughnut instead. The store is thirty miles from our home. Didn't drive there to get treated like an inconvenience.

The lady with gray hair was so rude. When we pulled up to the she was talking to the other lady how it took 40 minutes to order a dozen assorted donuts, which everything we said they told us they were pretty much out of or they didn’t have it anymore. All my donuts were cold even though the hot and ready sign was on. I will never return to this location they are too sorry to work.
