There is no substitute for KK doughnuts, especially when they are still hot off the production line. This location could definitely benefit from an upgrade in staff. While not hostile, the woman who handed my order out the window could not be bothered to speak. Like so many quick serve food options in mid-ga, the service personnel have been less than polite for some time. Maybe this is a location where owner is absent or not local. Great product. Poor Service.

I’m a little disappointed because we ordered 6 chocolate Kreme filled doughnuts, but there is no cream at all inside any of them! The taste of the bread and chocolate is good, but I wouldn’t have ordered these if I knew there was not going to be any cream in them. :(

Doughnuts were fresh and light textured. Love that they are not thick and dry. Not that crazy about the lemon filled doughnut but the kreme filled and original are great.
Thought ordering online earlier for a pickup in the evening would be better only to drive an hour from work and get there and they tell me the items are not in stock. No phone call or email sent. When I told them where I was from they asked did I try the Macon location which I didn't but if I had got a call or an email since I placed the order 7 hours ago I would of drove from Greensboro to Macon instead of Milledgeville...

The establishment was smoky and uninviting. However, I bought six doughnuts for almost $13. Cannot believe how much doughnuts are now. My six chocolate covered doughnuts were barely covered and the cream and custard filled amounted to about 1 teaspoon in each doughnut . Very disappointed. Will not go back and waste my money for substandard doughnuts.
