We spent $29 for a 12 Krystals (ketchup only), a patty melt, some fries and a coke. Most disappointing fast food ever. My husband loves Krystals but we will never go back to the Krystals in Milledgeville. The burgers had just a tiny area with ketchup, the buns were dried out and the patty melt was soggy and not cut in half. We asked for light i e on the drink. Seems they couldn’t even get that right. Never again.

Today I ordered a number four which is five cheese crystals and chili cheese fries, not paying attention when they handed me the bag assuming my chili cheese fries were on the bottom and my crystals were on top when I get home I find my crystals have been put in sideways in my crystals stacked in some of them upside down so I open up my bag to find my chili cheese fries have opened or now on the bottom of the bag out of the container, my crystals 95% of the buns or hard as a rock, crystals you need to do better teaching your people how to bag food

I have a slight food allergy to onions but love the burgers. This location is always willing to accommodate me and cook my burgers without onions on the grill. It takes a little longer to get the food but the employees are never rude or put out by my request. I know that it's a burden to them but none of the employees I've encountered have ever been rude or even huffy about it. The food is always quality and the service top notch.
Dietary restrictions: Extremely willing to work with you on food allergies and dislikes.
Order was incorrect..not enough staff, the cook was also the cashier...Windows needs cleaning

I would be remiss not to mention the rare act of action shown towards my co-worker. She shared an act of kindness by L Williams from our local Krystal management. She not only gets the best breakfast, but she also gets top-notch service. On 9 May 2024, upon arrival at Kyrstal’s. Ma V got a flat tire. But Mr William turned a stressful situation into a pleasant surprise. He assisted Ms V in getting her car safely next door for repairs. He ensured her daily breakfast routine was as regular as possible. She raved about L William's care for her and will be forever grateful for his help.
Drive through operator couldn't hear us, then asked us to pull forward. We waited about 5 minutes and no one ever came to take our order so we left
