As I approached walking. A guy comes out of his car with apron on. I went inside, I was the only customer. I requested 4 crystals only, no pickle or mustard. A girl was at the grill, no apron, and one glove to handle the sliders. He didn't wash his hands. Came with order. There was pickles inside. Sliders were not fresh just sitting in the warm section. They fixed my order,and he put the sliders in the bag with no gloves on, and before I left, the establishment is dirty. The food, parts of it were salty. I threw it away.

I ate my last Krystal today!! We purchased 12 Krystals two fries and two drinks which was 31.04. The buns were old and everything was cold. Threw everything away but the tea. It was like throwing 31 dollars out the window. Never again!!
We spent $29 for a 12 Krystals (ketchup only), a patty melt, some fries and a coke. Most disappointing fast food ever. My husband loves Krystals but we will never go back to the Krystals in Milledgeville. The burgers had just a tiny area with ketchup, the buns were dried out and the patty melt was soggy and not cut in half. We asked for light i e on the drink. Seems they couldn’t even get that right. Never again.

Today I ordered a number four which is five cheese crystals and chili cheese fries, not paying attention when they handed me the bag assuming my chili cheese fries were on the bottom and my crystals were on top when I get home I find my crystals have been put in sideways in my crystals stacked in some of them upside down so I open up my bag to find my chili cheese fries have opened or now on the bottom of the bag out of the container, my crystals 95% of the buns or hard as a rock, crystals you need to do better teaching your people how to bag food

I have a slight food allergy to onions but love the burgers. This location is always willing to accommodate me and cook my burgers without onions on the grill. It takes a little longer to get the food but the employees are never rude or put out by my request. I know that it's a burden to them but none of the employees I've encountered have ever been rude or even huffy about it. The food is always quality and the service top notch.
Dietary restrictions: Extremely willing to work with you on food allergies and dislikes.
