I have a slight food allergy to onions but love the burgers. This location is always willing to accommodate me and cook my burgers without onions on the grill. It takes a little longer to get the food but the employees are never rude or put out by my request. I know that it's a burden to them but none of the employees I've encountered have ever been rude or even huffy about it. The food is always quality and the service top notch.

I would be remiss not to mention the rare act of action shown towards my co-worker. She shared an act of kindness by L Williams from our local Krystal management. She not only gets the best breakfast, but she also gets top-notch service. On 9 May 2024, upon arrival at Kyrstal’s. Ma V got a flat tire.
