I put in an online order at 5 p.m. I went to pick it up at 6:12 p.m. get to my car check my bag. I had to go back in because they didn't put everything in my bag. They suck.

It's what you would expect from a steak house. Overpriced but that's to be expected.

I'm really disappointed this time around. I normally eat in and service takes forever but worth it. This time I ordered online for pickup. When I got home we were not pleased, both of steak meals were wayyyyyyy over cooked basically burnt when they were supposed to be rare and medium rare, the toppings for the loaded baked potatoes were sad everything was in a tiny cup the size given for ranch for the salad for all the toppings in 1 cup and they were only a 1/4 to half way full, nothing compared to what you receive when you eat in. By the time I got home they were closed so I called next day and was told to come in for a gift card for the entire order amount of over $80. When I arrived to get it I was told he was busy and would email it, days go by and still no email everytime I call I sit on hold forever waiting on the manner until they just hang up. This is the worst service I've experienced here and that is upsetting because it's one of my favorite places for 5 years in town.

This call hung up on me at almost 51 minutes with no manner ever coming on the phone.

Food was amazing. My steaknwqs cooked perfectly. The broccoli was steamed to just the right texture and the shrimp were delicious. I was sad my baked potato was not hot though.

Steakhouse in Milledgeville ga located in the mall parking lot. Their claim to fame is steak dinners served with pumpernickel bread. The chicken dish with parmasean cheese is very delicious.

Pretty good meals for all of our party of 4. Sirloin and Shrimp was excellent and prepared perfectly.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a hamburger with Mayo, ketchup, onion and pickles and baked potatoe. The waiter came back to the table and stated they were out of baked potatoes. Really a steak house out of potatoes. When the food arrived, the hamburger only had onions and pickles. I told the waiter I needed ketchup and Mayo. He came back with the ketchup and stated they were out of Mayo. Seriously? Of course I asked if the manager knew where Walmart was located? I give the waiter 4 stars but management should be ashamed as should the Resturants chain.

Drove 30 minutes to get here. This use to be our go to place to eat, but the last 5 to 6 months it has gotten increasingly worse, so we decided to give it a 2 month break and we come in tonight at around 7:30 and couldn't even get a baked potato, it is a steak house not Krystal. This ridiculous. I call this poor management and the waitress didn't seem to care, so instead of getting a 32.00 outlaw steak I got nothing. I guess I should have gone to the Krystal, they are never out of anything and seem to appreciate your business. I guess I'll give it 6 months or so or not and maybe come back and see if the management has figured out how to do there job.
