Seated took order..bread came which was warm and good..went downhill from there...steaks came out before salads...steaks overcooked..several others had orders with wrong sides on plates...won't be long before management wakes up.... probably will be too late...be awhile before we return!!!!

i recently visited the Longhorn Steakhouse at 2470 N Columbia St, in Milledgeville, GA. I was staying in the area and this Longhorn was close by to my hotel. I entered the restaurant and went to the bar where I was quickly greeted and my order taken. I believe the young ladies name was Cindy. She is very good at her job and very professional. Good job.

Came to celebrate my birthday. Ordered the 6oz with the Red Rock shrimp and everything was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked as ordered, our server Kimaria is absolutely lovely! Kept up with drinks and communication with everything. My husband loved his food and I got the Stampede for dessert and it's so good! Chefs kiss to the chefs and their staff and all the servers/hostess. We will definitely be back once we can afford it again. Great job everyone.

Update: got a call from the manager who was very helpful and made it right. Changed stars from 2 to 4

Frequently visit this location. Ordered a filet and my daughter ordered a sirloin(med rare). Hers was thick while mine was thin and cooked well done(supposed to be med well). I asked the server if they were correct and was told she'd have them get me another one. Instead, the manager came out with an attitude and asked if there was a problem. She said it was correct. I wasn't going to argue with her but look at the photo. Our refilled drinks tasted fruity and had a chemical (oil) floating on top. On a previous visit, I had ordered a chicken sandwich and it was raw throughout the middle. My family had already finished eating when I got my replacement chicken tenders and no manager ever came out to apologize or address the issue. We usually enjoy this location but they've been off recently. I think we'll visit another location for a while

I asked for medium rare and extra seasoning. Didn't get any of that. My steak came out rare. She sent it back to be cooked more and once I got it back, it was nearly cooked all the way through and turned into rubber. Asked for extra garlic butter sauce and never received that. The bartender was friendly but clearly not well trained on making drinks.

Yes we were seated at the longhorn facility in millageville, ga and waiting for service while watching othe patrons being seated and served before we even seen by our waiting person when we asked the hostess what was going on she had no clue what was happening

After waiting at hostess station for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged, we asked if we could sit at bar. Although there were already 2 customers at the bar eating. After 15 more minutes, we were not acknowledged and no worker ever came behind the bar. Upon leaving I told hostess who shrugged and stated” we are very busy”.
Went a couple doors down and was served promptly good food & courteous service.

A very busy location. However, the food was excellent, the wait staff were cheerful and friendly, and the food came as ordered and was hot. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend this as they make your dining experience one to be memorable. The restrooms were clean, and the facility is clean and well maintained. A negative, the prices have gone up considerably over the last year. Very comparable to long horn in spokane Washington .
