Waited 20 mins for them to bring us some trash. sitting here listening to a car in the drive thru constantly yelling and asking if anyone is there and if they’re even open. This is the worst McDonald’s around.

Horrible staff and management. We placed an order through the mobile app, were charged for the meal, and when we arrived for pickup, the staff refused to serve us. They cancelled our order and told us we'd get a refund in 7-10 days because they didn't feel like making breakfast that we had already paid for. This is the rudest staff I've ever encountered and I will never go back here. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Northside.

Terrible service. The staff ignored me when I asked why my order was taking so long. I had to request to see the manager before the issue was resolved. I will never eat there again. The restroom was filthy, the tables were dirty, and there was trash on the floor.

I'm honestly surprised at all the bad reviews. I generally find the south side McDonald's to be preferable over the one on North Columbia. I feel like the workers are generally much more pleasant at the south side location.

Not bad, but I ordered 2 sausage muffins with egg, and they left the eggs off. I only figured it out when I got to work. Mistakes like this don't happen all the time, but they happen enough that it is memorable. I only use this store because it is close to work. If I forget to hit the one near my house (that one is great) I will either skip it or give this one a try. Today, they failed. Again.
Every time I go, something is broken. Whether that be the fryer, or the “system”, they always got something up their sleeve. I’ve gone twice when they said the “whole system” is down. Why are you open if you can’t even make transactions? Obvious lies and deception. The employees are also always in the worst of all moods (at least when I go). I’m more scared to get yelled than the whole system failing. I love McDonald’s, but this one in particular sucks.

Went to this south side McDonald’s at 5:02pm and didn’t receive my food until 6:27pm. Then after I received my food, they forgot my drinks. Horrible experience, never going back. That McDonald’s needs to shut down.

I visited this South Wayne location this morning at 8:07 am 2/25/2025, I went to the drive thru and sat in line for 10 minutes. It wasn't but two cars in front of me so I went inside - even worse! I was inside for 16 minutes, NO ONE came to take my order! They are more focused on the drive thru than the customers inside! NEVER and I mean NEVER visiting this location AGAIN! The ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!!!
