The owner is not a respectable person. Had a man trespassed for standing on the sidewalk(public property) and politely spreading a message to those passing by. Do not support this establishment.

What a disgraceful place! The way you treat people! Gross... morality has fallen. Shame on you, the owner. Boycot this place. For I will never step foot in here. God bless our Vets. God bless our heroes who are down on their luck! Forgive us, for you all deserve way more. Shame on this business, boycott this forever!

The owner of this establishment is a HORRIBLE human being. He called the police on a man holding a "god bless homeless veterans" sign in front of his restaurant. The guy was on the sidewalk the entire time. I would never patronize this trash restaurant/owner!

Great food and service. The chicken Momos with the mango chili and Taziki sauce were amazing. The steak Souvlaki and pita wrap were delicious. Margo provided awesome service and helped us make excellent food choices. We will be back.

Even since they first opened, I've enjoyed the kabobs - especially with a cold wheat beer.I spent plenty of lunches with nothing but hummus and pita from Metropolis, and of course any chance to have dinner with friends on the back deck is worth it!Ever so often, I'll go for the Indian on Thursdays. If only, if only it were served more than once a week.Parking: If you can't find a spot on Wayne Street, the parking deck opposite the police headquarters is a prime bet.

Just wandered in while checking out the area just to see what they had to offer. Before you know it, I was scarfing down falafel. They were so nice. They serve Mediterranean and Indian food. Prices were remarkably low and the portion size was good. It'll be my new spot. They offer Happy hour and outdoor dining.

Long wait on a dead weekday, but at least they were nice. I usually just get a chicken shawarma wrap to go, but decided to get a gyro this last time.Just stop—take this off your menu if you can’t use real gyro meat. I received what could only be described as Mediterranean seasoned breakfast sausage ? flat dry patties that smelled strongly of oregano and not much else. I took it home, boiled down the patties and gave them to my dog…at least she got to enjoy it.

I LOVE this place! The staff/owner are great, food is divine, they have hookas & a variety of tobaccos, a back patio that's great when it warms up (romantic), a bar with a variety of beer & wine. It's a small, cozy, charming restaurant. Due to it's size, it's better to either get there early or I prefer to call it in, pick it up, take it home & watch tv or movies. My preferences:Appetizer-Dolmades- with xtra tzatziki sauce.Chk Momos- (just went outside the box & tried these-I always get my comfort dolmades) are awesome.Greek nachos- (pretty big portion- great for group of ppl or entree for me)Salads:Quinoa Salad- (xtra dressing, add gyro meat)Tabouli Salad- add gyro meat, xtra lettuce, onion, NO vinaigrette dressing, 2 tzatziki saucesI rarely get an entree but:Metropolis kabob- no tomatoGyro- all the wayFalafel- all the way

It was all very good. It was a happening place for a Sunday lunch. I would certainly go there again. We had the Trip Dip sampler as an appetizer and the Greek Sampler for two as our main course.

I had not visited here since 2020. Food was very good. Now: I was sick with indigestion for 24,hours. Mainly, it was the falafel. It was way overdone. The tabbouleh was soggy, the spinach pie , which I couldn’t eat, was like black over boiled spinach. And you no longer offer mango lahsi! Very disappointed. And the bathroom?…
