First time returning after several years and I see if anything, Papa Johns is worse. Call in order was answered by overseas operator. I can accept that but pizza quality was very low. Veggies were low quality, and no extra sauce as ordered. Taste yuck. I don't plan on returning.

We waited over 2 hours for delivery and then had to go and pick it up ourselves! The workers were trying their best but management was not helpful or kind to us. Worst customer service would have hoped for anything else! Didn’t even get our tip or delivery fee back!

Order online honestly could not understand the person who took order my pizza was a special 3 topping which I ask to make it half with toppings and half without ( just cheese) also asked for light sauce ( they didn’t even put sauce on my pizza) what toppings that were on pizza looked like they threw them on needless to say I was extremely disappointed in this pizza experience and won’t be ordering again

Driver that was driving black toyota tundra today delivering pizza was screaming very nasty words when ask to NOT speed through mobile home community screaming F... you shooting birds and then screaming that the whole time in front of kids and speeding by them ,i understand its hard to find help but with help like this you mine as well close the doors he is gonna kill someones kid or maybe you will get lucky and he will onlu RUN AWAY SOME MORE CUSTOMERS AS HE DID TODAY!!!!!!!

Ordered two sauce cups and a order of banana peppers at 8:16 took them 17 minutes. The cashier after taking another customers order and giving a lady her pizza went to putting labels on boxes instead of giving me three items none of which required any prep at all to serve me with the exception of putting tinfoil around the peppers took her manager literally 30 seconds after I asked him. Also, the cashier was rude when I asked her about it before her manager fixed it, one star.

Ordered for delivery online, then received an email saying our order was cancelled. We then call to figure out what happened. Employee said they still had our order in the system but told us she would cancel it and quickly hung up before we could say we still wanted our food. We were just trying to figure out what happened - we weren’t rude. We call quickly back again to try to save our order, but employee rudely told us to just order again because it was already cancelled. She hung up again before we could say anything.

Ordered a ton of pizza and went to pick up my order only to find out they didn't have the sauce I wanted because they were out. Sorry I wasted my money at this papa John's. I would've ordered from a different one had I known that. When ordering it in the app it should update that they can't offer it.

Staff is, at best, mediocre with sub par customer service skills. Whether I order carry-out or delivery my order is never accurate, and it's always the add ons that are pushed on you to purchase (drinks, extra dips, etc.) that are forgotten. If it wasnt for the food being what it is at every Papa John's then my family would not eat there at all.

They don't close until 11:00 but yet you can't order or pick up a pizza after 10:00. Bad customer service if you ask me.
