I ordered thru DoorDash and got my food and they subbed my mac n cheese and mashed potatoes for fries?? But when I started eating my chicken it tasted almost like blue cheese and it was not good at all . I’m just super disappointed. I hope this is only because they just reopened .

Popoye's Milledgeville, GA. Tried ordering 3 piece meal. No cole slaw, no beans and rice, no gravy for potatoes. Then ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Got regular chicken on a soggy bun missing the pickles. Last trip there. Franchise owner must not have a clue

This place has always had issues,today no chicken tenders,no red beans and rice,no ranch,sometimes the lobby is closed. Always some issue that I dont experience in Madison or Gray locations

They are careless, don’t send sauce or anything for food. And the kitchen is a mess when going through the drive thru I see everything through the window. They also don’t wear hairnets or gloves.

The people that work here are extreme unprofessional and lackadaisical. The worst customer service of any restaurant in Millledgeville.

This is just based off one experience and getting their honey BBQ wings, but I was surprised how good it was. The wings were great, good sized. The service was fast and ketchup, napkins and ranch were in the bag without ever even asking.

Dietary restrictions: The option I need isn’t listed. I spent over $30 for lunch and to begin with the speaker wasn’t working so I drive to the window to order. The Lady at the window opened the window and said “yeah”, I thought how rude, I said “ I’d like to place my order but I have two coupons. She said you have to come in to order with more than one coupons, I said yes I know, however your door is locked and the sign stated the lobby is closed so I need to place my orders and I have two orders with coupons. I gave her my order, she never said thank you, it will be a moment or anything and not to mention the look on her face!!! I really wanted to drive off and go to KFC but I really wanted Popeyes chicken. Another lady brought my order to the window and handed it to me and I’m glad bc if the same lady had appeared I wasn’t going to be very nice! This occurred on Sunday, Dec 10, 2023, this person needs to be fired if she doesn’t want to wait on people then don’t work in sales, she needs a good lesson in customer service!!! I hope I never see her again.
