After waiting an hour and twenty five minutes, we’d had enough. Asked our server to just bring us our bill for 2 salads, and one soda, because we were sick of sitting there with no food in sight. Restaurant wasn’t busy, so no obvious reason for food not to be coming out. Instead of bringing our check, the server came out with our food, and asked if we’d agree to stay, and in other words, she meant pay…. She apologized, and said since it had been over an hour and thirty minutes, she’d get us a dessert on the house. My husband loves the chocolate cake with the ice cream etc, so I told her that would be fine, and thanked her. A few minutes later, she comes out and says the only option we could have was a sundae!!! That made me more aggravated than the nearly 2 hours we’d sat in the restaurant!! I told her we DID NOT WANT RUBY TUESDAY TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE A GOOD FAITH GESTURE PERIOD! I asked that she tell the manager, who I found out was named Charlie, that we didn’t want anything from this store, because we would not be coming back, period! Seriously sad! Can’t believe we wasted 2 hours, on a Saturday night, in this poorly managed establishment!

I was very disappointed on my last visit here. The salad bar wasn't well stocked. We had to wait on items to be brought out to the salad bar 2 different times. The Coconut Shrimp appetizer we ordered was tasty but there were only 5 little shrimp for an astronomical $13!!! Nowhere near enough shrimp for that amount of money! Then when the bill came.... 🙄🙄🤬! We had 3 salad bars, that miserable 5 pieces of shrimp, 1 Coke and 2 waters and the bill was over $60!!! Without tip!! I was blown away! I felt violated. I will not be going back!!! So sad. I used to like eating there.

Manger nickia was rude when coming to talk about why the mushrooms I ordered were nasty rolled her eyes when walking away and can hear kitchen staff yelling and complaining about me not liking the fried mushrooms just service over all sucks would not recommend to anyone I know

Food bar was empty and filthy and one of the assistant managers gave me the cold shoulder when I spoke with her about it. I refused to eat from salad bar. She personally brought my food and slammed it on the table in front of me. The potato was overcooked and my steak was different from what I ordered and was as tough as rubber. I asked, politely, to speak to her again and she refused. She was arrogant and disrespectful to me, the server, and the gentleman who tried to address the condition of salad bar. The only positive I received was from the server, James and another manager Alfi. They were both gracious and understanding during the ordeal she put them in the middle of.

Y'all suck! Customer service is non-existent, rude, didn't greet us, saw us come in and we had to ask to be helped and she still didn't. Ended up walking out.
