The service at Ruby Tuesday's was excellent! My husband and I, along with our little boy came here two weeks ago. We would like to thank Elizabeth F for such a wonderful service. We love the salad bar! That's all I can say. The staff is limited. It takes forever to get drinks or anything u order. We typically do water and salad bar so there isn't a big wait. New management just took over so I hope it will improve.
However I really want to brag on Ms. Morgan our server we had today. Being a holiday I expected so so service, however I got the complete opposite. Our server was very attentive without being over bearing. She kept us very informed of everything that was going on and had a great attitude on top of everything else.
